Customer services staff ... perfect !
Product .... I've NO idea about it, because they used Tuffnells who have pretended to do a delivery twice now and are on the verge of missing a third delivery.
Tuffnells completely spoiled a good purchase experience. Even Cust Services are exasperated and angry with em.
If you place an order specify NOT TUFFNELS !!!
