The Acrylic Store Arvostelua

My friend recommended you. I found the website easy to navigate and the product was sent to me very quickly. Good email communication, sturdily packaged and nicely finished acrylic.

Very easy to use website. Great product range. Used their acrylic panels to replace glass on a small lean-to greenhouse. So much lighter and safer in strong winds.
Very speedy delivery.

The site was easy to use and ordering was so simple- just follow the instructions! The panel arrived quickly and well packaged and was exactly as described.
Would definitely recommend to friends.

So helpful. Resolved any issues in a really friendly and timely way. Would recommend.

Very good product at a good price. Some panels arrived damaged in transit. Tracey resolved issue quickly and sent out replacement
Great customer service!

Ordered a couple of acrylic sheets for large poster frames going in my workshop because they weigh half that of glass and won’t ever break like glass if knocked. Delivery was pretty quick too.

Great service. I ordered a few samples, which arrived very quickly. The quality is very good and customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent quality product and very fast delivery. Measurements exact.

Still haven't received my order and have had absolutely no response to my emails

Easy to order online, quickly confirmed date for collection, easy to collect direct from warehouse, excellent service

Ordered a white acrylic splash back with pre drilled countersunk holes. All arrived well wrapped with corners protected .Very happy.

Very pleased with with the service. Quality product cut and polished to precision. Delivered within days of placing the order, excellent service can't fault anything.

I have used them three times now and always been very satisfied with the product. My one interaction with customer service was also very satisfactory and felt very personal and looked after. Highly recommended!

Small thing - but they say order samples, and you get your money back if you order full product. 4 weeks later, several emails and contacts - no refund for the sample order despite ordering full product.

Atrocious. Wish I had also read the recent reviews before ordering. Trying to sort return & refund for goods ordered on website but despite x5 emails / x3 phone messages (voicemail only available) and x2 FB messages - no response whatsoever.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Like previous reviewers - I ordered white frosted acrylic and was sent solid white gloss acrylic. After numerous emails they agreed I could have a refund but only if I first paid £25 to return the item!! Obviously given that other reviewers have not received refunds they were promised I am not going to throw good money after bad. Avoid this company like the plague!
