A lovely quality rug, easy to vacuum and clean. I wanted a rug that was easy to keep in perfect shape, this one ticks that box. It has the perfect amount of pile for me to enjoy and maintain. The rug itself didn't take long to settle, and looks lovely in my room. The colour compliments my room very well, and adds a lovely texture.
The smaller rug arrived with folds in the middle of the rug that are not going away even though we followed the instructions to roll the rug up in opposite direction and leave like that for 2 days. Shame as we keep on tripping on the folds.

Based on the photos and information provided, there does not appear to be a fault with the rug, and these folds can sometimes occur after shipping. They should gradually flatten out within 1–2 weeks with regular use. We've also contacted you by email with some additional tips that may help speed up the process. Brilliant rug. Really good quality for the price. It rolled out of packaging a little uneven, but after a day or two, it fell perfectly. Would recommend.
