Absolute scam. I tried to cancel my order straight away but they wouldn't let me. It arrived and was terrrrrrible. I had to pay to send it back, and then the email address I'd been dealing with was suddenly inactive and I've heard nothing about refund.
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute scam artists. The website is a total front. Sent me absolutely terrible quality shoes from China, nothing like what was pictured on the website, which I then had to pay 25 euro to return. Messed me around for weeks via email about the return process, and now my emails are no longer being delivered and I never got my refund. So they stole my money. AVOID at all costs
I had the same experience as everyone other review. The website and fashions are beautifully posed. Fabric content was not disclosed and I "assumed" because The Rowan Daughters was in the Carolinas it would be cotton. The dress had no labels, the print was barely that of the photo, and worst of all the "cool" summer dress was interlocking polyester. I immediately received tracking information however it took a week or more to get any information and when I discovered the dress was shipped from China I wrote to the company and was told that "some" of their manufacturers were in China. I felt totally burned and am no longer amenable to ordering online.
If I could choose zero stars, I would. This company is a scam. They do not have a charming shop in Charleston. They do not make returns easy. You have to send returns at your own expense to China. The dress I ordered is hideous.

The shoes are very poor quality, a complete rip off! Dont buy!
This is a well formatted ripoff. I was charged immediately and the "dress" did not arrive for over a month. It came from China and the material is exactly like my shower curtain only photo printed with a design like the website dress. The "dress" itself is two pieces sewn together like a t-shirt. It is supposed to be a summer dress. They claim sustainability - wrong. I would have to pay $35 to send the dress back to China according to the website. It would be well over a hundred paid out to them with no guarantee I would see any of it back. The site reads like a romance novel by Sherryl Woods. With its misty pictures of a quaint main street shop, I was sucked in and suckered. Don't give them your money!
Took ages to be delivered, impossible to track order. When arrived, terrible quality and cannot find a way to return on website. Have emailed but have low expectations
They tried to charge my card twice. Thankfully my bank recognized this as unusual and denied it, giving me a chance to look further into the trustworthiness of this company. I looked at the address and it says Charleston, but this site seems to indicate that things are shipped from China.. I don’t know how they can fulfill the shipping times if it is from China. I am not ordering. UPDATE - I had to cancel my credit card because they kept trying to process it even days later and since I had initially tried to order (before looking into them further) the bank said I should get a new card. Big consequences for thinking this was legit.
I ordered two garments. One was only average but it did fit. The other was badly made, both sleeves were too small so very tight . The hem on the main body was baggy. I wrote and told them they asked for a photo, which I did. but they said it would be very expensive to return.
Really zero stars. Biggest scam. Pretending they are out of Charleston. Can’t even describe how shoddy the merchandise was :(
I received the dresses I ordered but they were of such poor quality that I can't wear them. This is a Chinese company the mailed this and when I asked to return they said I would have to mail back to China at my own expense and they may not receive them. DONT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
