The Agent

Having spoken to a number of high street estate agents and then Charlotte from The Agent I decided to use Charlotte and what a great choice.

Charlotte has been fantastic from start to finish with updates as necessary with the added bonus of no constant sales pitches for mortgages!

I would happily recommend Charlotte and her team and will definitely use them again in the future.

Charlotte was professional, helpful and always available. She took an overview of the sale and, ultimately was responsible for getting it over the line.
Highly recommended!

I have only good things to say about The Agent! Both Charlotte and Claire we so helpful and communicated with us daily. They we so friendly, reassuring and genuinely amazing. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you Charlotte and Claire. Xx

Brilliant service. Bernard was so helpful, went above and beyond and was always there for us with out best interests in mind. Highly recommend.

We have just had the pleasure of selling our property with Charlotte Jones The Agent.
The process was a stressful and sometimes difficult , Charlotte was always on hand and very good with communication.
We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a personable service .

I would imagine I was one of the longest clients on their books, but it did not deter them. Our chain collapsed a few times due to issues further up the chain. Charlotte was true to her word, doggedly and determined we finally managed to complete some 11 months later. Throughout this whole experience Charlotte delivered a first rate professional and a 'never say die' attitude, even when I nearly gave up.
Would I recommend 'The Agent' 100% absolutely.

Charlotte is approachable, hard-working and a pleasure to deal with during, what was, quite a stressful time! She was always available, very quick to respond to messages or any issues that arose and she gave great advice. Charlotte also got us a fantastic sale price for our property (much better than what other agents had quoted!).

When we sold our property recently we did not intend to purchase straight away so a set completion date was not an issue for us. Bernard worked extremely hard to keep our buyers happy and for the sale to complete within their timescale. We were kept informed every step of the way with almost daily telephone calls/emails towards the end of the sale. Bernard and Claire are a refreshing modern team for whom nothing is too much trouble. Honesty was our main priority which we got without the usual estate agent waffle! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

You'll see a lot of praise for Bernard on this page- and it's well deserved. Bernard wasn't even our agent (he was selling the house we were buying) and he kept us in the loop all the time and chased on our behalf, when our own agent couldn't even be bothered to ring us. I sincerely wish we could have paid Bernard instead as he more than deserves it.
I'd highly recommend him if you want someone honest who keeps you fully updated. Exemplary.

Fantastic people, very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended.

We bought through The Agent, and found them to be very involved in helping us progress our purchase. We had numerous emails and calls, so we were kept aware of progress and advised on how we could speed the process. Really nice people to deal with. If you need an Estate Agent to sell your house, then I would strongly recommend them.

100% RECOMMENDATION!
Very pleased with the service provided.
Thank you so much!

As a buyer we found Patsy’s service, communication and understanding of our requirements most helpful. She appeared to strike the right balance between buyer and seller making her approach refreshing. Having had several selling agents escort us around houses Patsy’s service was head and shoulders above traditional high street agents.

Thank goodness for the team at The Agent. Their professional and personal service saved my sanity!
The advice on preparing and presenting our home for sale was personal, in-depth, and clearly effective. The photos and marketing were both amazing and honest, and as result we had several offers and had agreed a sale within a month.
Claire and Charlotte worked exceptionally hard to deal with endless delays and omissions from our buyers conveyancing firm and to keep my solicitors and buyers informed so that the sale could proceed within our timeframe. Between The Agent and Adie Pepperdine the process stayed on track and there were no hidden extras or unexpected costs.
I was able to speak to the same people at every point, people who knew the property and exactly where we were in the process at all stages.
Over the years I have had mixed experiences of estate agents, but this time I feel like I have struck gold and will definitely use them again.

Thank you!

I have just brought a beautiful bungalow and sold a lovely house through the Agent. What a great team, both Bernard and Claire have been. Bernard especially has been brilliant throughout the whole process. Nothing was too big or small and they kept us informed and answered any questions we had honestly and with their highest priority. I couldn't recommend Bernard enough when moving house you need an amazing estate agent. One that is happy, polite, honesty and trustworthy and that is Bernard. Thank you again for all your help and support. Love Julie at Northway xxx

Bought a new-build house with Bernard acting as agent for the builder. Bernard has been brilliant throughout the buying process from our first site visit, to getting the keys. Kept us informed, answered any questions we had, always got back to us promptly and quickly sorted any issues. Hard working, with lots of experience and knowledge, so really practical and gives great advice including suggesting local solicitors and carpet fitters we could use. He’s been just as helpful after the sale has gone through too!
I’d recommend using The Agent for any property transactions - can’t praise them and Bernard highly enough!

Bernard provided an excellent service from start to finish. His advice and recommendations helped secure a sale at a good price.

I have bought and sold many houses over the years this is the first estate agent I have used which keeps you informed will take calls out of hrs Bearnard is a asset to this company and would highly recomend you contact them first when selling your property WELL DONE TO THE AGENT TEAM.

If you are looking for a professional, honest and hardworking agency with the professional touch, look no further than The Agent. From our very first meeting right up until completion the service has been outstanding. Regular communication, prompt replies to calls and questions Bernard helped us to sell our house and purchase our dream home. The matterport video tour is a real unique selling point and the professional photographs marketed our house in the best possible light. Thank you to The Agent and Bernard, you really have made our dreams come true!
