The Hearing Care Partnership - Hartlepool Arvostelua 3

From having my free hearing test through to my latest appointment I have been treated with the utmost respect and made to feel at at ease on every visit. My hearing test showed that I had severe hearing loss in my left ear and I subsequently bought an Oticon hearing aid which has made such a difference to my life. I am much more confident and don't struggle to hear properly. Thank you so much Liam Smith initially in my optician's in Stockton-on-Tees and now in Hartlepool. I have nothing but praise for Liam who is so patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is an asset to the Hearing Care Partnership. I would totally recommend using the Partnership.

To mine and my families frustration I was increasingly asking them to repeat what they had said.Fortunately I didn't have to have the TV volume raised to an annoyingly high level.
So I made an appointment with Opticon,and was seen by Liam within a week.
He examined my ears,and showed me I had an ear wax problem.He then tested my hearing and showed me the frequencies I was struggling to hear.
I was shown the hearing aids available and I selected the ones most suitable for my needs.
After a further two appointments,with further ear wax removal,and the hearing aids adjusted to my full prescription,I am now able to have a conversation in a crowded room without struggling to hear the person I am talking too,and nobody has to repeat themselves as much.
Liam was excellent throughout my consultation and subsequent appointments.
