The Hearing Care Partnership - Battle Arvostelua 21

I had a balance issue so I went to the Hearing Care Partnership to have my ears checked before going to the doctor's. The ear specialist I dealt with is called Rebecca.

Rebecca identified a piece of skin very close to my eardrum which shouldn't have been there. She took videos and sent them to the company's ear experts who recommended daily doses of ear cleaning fluid to see if it would remove the piece of skin. I had two follow-up appointments and was delighted to find at the second that the piece of skin was gone negating the need to do to see a doctor.

All of this (three appointments) cost me £25. The best £25 I've ever spent.

Excellent Experience
I initially went to The Hearing Care Partnership for wax removal which including a hearing test. I was surprised to learn that my hearing was not as good as it had been and so accepted an invitation for a referral for a more thorough check.
I did not know what to expect but Celeste (de Freitas) put me at my ease with her friendly and professional explanations of what tests she was carrying out and why and what results she obtained and what that meant.
Having decided that I would benefit from hearing aids I returned a week later to learn how to use and care for them. Celeste was extremely good at explaining and provided me with very well written and easy to follow aide memoir" instructions.
I cannot offer any suggestions for improvements to the excellent service that I experienced and will recommend her to anyone seeking similar help.

I was incredibly impressed with the in-depth testing and information provided by Celeste de Freitas at the Battle office (Barracloughs). The initial hearing test lasted an hour and was thorough and I’m pleased with the results, I hadn’t appreciated how much my hearing had deteriorated. I went for the “Diamond” package and although not cheap, the results have been great and I can now follow conversations easily. The quality of sound is first class.

My visit to Celeste at the Battle East Sussex branch was very good, she was helpful in explaining everything very clearly. It is certainly a lot to take in, I am sure I will have some questions for her at my follow up appointment.

I had my first ever hearing test with Celeste de Freitas. She was so pleasant and extremely helpful, explaining everything thoroughly and was ver professional throughout. It was great to hear my hearing was so good, which is a comfort. I have no hesitation in recommending Celeste. And do take a hearing test, it's so important for your well being.

I had an excellent hearing and tinnitus assessment by Celeste the audiologist. She explained the whole test procedure very well, put me at ease and was very reassuring. She was also very helpful in explaining tinnitus and management for it to me.

I saw Celeste in Battle for a hearing assessment today. She was brilliant - on time, very thorough and explained everything in an easy to understand way. I just had a hearing test as I’d never had one before, but if I ever have any problems with my ears in the future I will definitely be heading back here as they were so good.

Given that I haven't been to an audiologist for about 50 years I really didn't know what to expect. It was a fantastic experience, with full explanation of every part of the test by a very kind, and obviously brilliant Celeste. As it turns out, my ears are completely fine, and I needed no further treatment, but it was great to have it confirmed by a true professional.

I recently had a hearing test conducted by Celeste in Baracloughs (Battle). Not only was Celeste extremely thorough and professional, she was also very informative and personable.

Having had hearing aids for almost twenty years my quest to combat my increasing hearing loss has proven difficult and frustrating. Over recent years, my hearing loss has increased and despite my attempts with a number of providers to improve my situation with new hearing aids and frequent adjustments, it was all to no avail. I know I had reached that point where I was starting to close down. Conversations had become really difficult with constant requests from me for them to repeat what had been said which was frustrating for both sides. My wife suggested that I try Barracloughs in Battle, who are part of the Hearing Care Partnership, so I made an appointment for an hearing assessment. The appointment with their audiologist Celeste De Freitas was very thorough and clearly confirmed the extent of my hearing loss. As a result, I have my new hearing aids and the difference is incredible, no more asking the family to repeat themselves and no more guessing or trying to lip read what people are saying. I can hear bird song and so many other things that I had forgotten about. Thank you Celeste, you have given me my hearing back which has made such a difference in so many ways.
