Very disappointing experience with NineLife.
This issue has been ongoing since January, and as of the end of March, it is still not resolved.
An order arrived incomplete with a missing item, and a full refund of ฿1,967.14 was requested. Customer service confirmed the refund would be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
However, the refund has still not been received.
Despite multiple follow ups over several weeks, no proof of refund has been provided, such as a transaction reference or ARN. Responses continue to state they are “waiting for the relevant team,” with no clear timeline or accountability.
At this point, there is no evidence that the refund has been processed.
Buyers should be cautious!!!!

It required nearly a month for my product to arrive, but the only hitch was that I was required to pay an additional amount of about $1.50 as a tax to the local government (I live in Asia). Other than that, the product seems to be everything I wanted and expected, and it was worth waiting for. I would definitely order from this company again.

Are your customers really this foolish? These markups are ridiculous!!
Loads of these supplements look like they're dropshipped from AliExpress. For a product that costs a few dollars, this site charges thousands of baht. Even brand-name supplements are over 10 times more expensive than Lazada. Absolutely taking the piss.

Awful company. Extremely slow response to emails, and basically selling items that they do not have! Then claiming 3 week delivery time. Avoid!!!

Good Price, Ease of paying & Prompt delivery.

Great service overall. My only comment is that the tracking stopped working after 4 days, giving no more updates. The package then arrived unannounced a few days later. This could be improved. But otherwise the order was delivered without incident or issue.
