Sono quattro mesi che ho ordinato e pagato una turbina eolica…..ma non ho ancora ricevuto niente. Sono due mesi che alle richieste di chiarimenti mi rispondono che la merce arriverá a giorni…….

Run away as fast as you can. SCAM. Ordered product July 2025, never received product. I made numerous attempts to contact Tesup on ETA but no responses in 2025. I made 2 more attempts in 2026. The reply was "we are so sorry for the delay. We will have someone get back with you". Never heard back.

Op de website stond een afbeelding compleet, dus motor en windbladen. Na enkele maanden en na veel communicatie eindelijk toegekregen, maar enkel de motor. Blijkbaar was de omvormer en rotorbladen extra... ik ben nu terug enkele maanden aan het wachten....

I ordered and paid for a wind turbine in November 2025. No sign of it being delivered. Just excuses. I checked out the company on Companies House before ordering, who knew the Government are allowing criminals to operate on a Government Register!!

Scam, ordered a wind turbine in November last year still not been delivered. Keep saying it is on its way. I had checked that it was a legitimate company on Companies House before ordering and paying them. Turns out you can now register a scam company on the Governments Companies House register.

Despues de 6 meses de hacer un pedido de un generador y un inversor, sigo esperando. He reclamado la devolución o el envio unas 13 veces con una respuesta similar a "perdón, estamos trabajando en ello", asi que he puesto la correspndiente denuncia en la policia. ¿alguién mas ha denunciado en la policia por estafa ?

I believe that this company is an absolute SCAM! Having studied both electrical engineering and aeronautical engineering there's not a snowballs chance in hell that they can produce 10 kw of power. It's a SCAM!

Achtung: Diese Firma kommt ihren Verplichtungen nicht nach. Versproche Ware wird nicht geliefert. Und bei Stornierung wartet man Monate auf sein Geld. Bei der Kreditkarte eine Beandstandung vornehmen ist die beste Lösung.

It’s a very cleaver scam with slick marketing. Currently in the process of trying to get my money back on my credit card. Do not under any circumstances purchase any products as will not receive anything and they’ll use delay tactics that it’s ’in production and will receive a tracking number shortly’.

Wäre bestellt im Jahr 2023 , bezahlt und .... Die Ware bis heute 2026 nicht erhalten. Anwälte sind auch machtlos . Geld ist weg

Ordered, got occasionally updated saying they were building wind turbine and then after 2.5 months they said they loaded product for shipping and it would arrive in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later no update, no product and no hope. Be warned, they are terrible.

Værste fupfirma, køb aldrig noget af dem.
Købte en Atlas vindmølle, der blev splittet ad i løbet sf de første par døgn. Ingen penge retur, meldte dem til Forbruger Europa der heller ikke kunne gøre noget fordi de er placeret i UK.

I bought a system over 2 years ago, they sent turbine 4month after I bought, but no inverter. Still waiting on inverter, and now turbine is out off warranty. It's a fight with them to get inverter or money back.
I also think there's an issue with the turbine as it doesn't freely spin.

Ordered on August 18th 2025, received generic emails with photos and then the emails repeated with the same blurb.
Asked for refund several times and nothing. €723 down and nothing.
Buyer beware. This is a setup not tesup as advertised.
Hard to believe that google continue to host this scam site.

I was told through this company they are unwilling to provide engineering specifications. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. their customer service is non existent.

Complete & total scam…they have had my money with out filling my order for over a year…auto response is always the same “we are building it and it’s coming soon” then they close your ticket.
Not sure how UK allows such a blatant scam to carry on. A short investigation by any antitrust agency would have a quick end to this fraudulent operation!
In short…run before you spend one dime, you have now been warned!!!

Im Oktober 2024 eine Windturbine bestellt
und bezahlt. Bis heute 21.01.2026 keine
Lieferung erhalten. Ist wohl alles nur Abzocke.
Lieferung soll nach 3-4 Wochen ankommen. Alles Lüge.

Ich hatte im Mai / Juni '23 eine Hera (Vorläufer von Atlas) gekauft und bezahlt. Ich wurde x-fach hingehalten, bis mir im Sept. / Okt. mitgeteilt wurde, dass es Schwierigkeiten mit den 'Rohstoffen' gäbe ... Mitte Oktober'23 wurde sie geliefert. Das war für dieses Jahr zu spät, ich hatte gerade das Dach mit lasierten Pfannen gedeckt, schon geringste Niesel machen die Pfannen eis-glatt. Hinzu kam noch ein Streit mit dem Dachdecker - ich wollte zwecks Gutachtern das Dach nicht verändern und so kam ich erst im Sept.'25 dazu die Windkraftanlage auf dem Dach / Schornstein zu installieren. Nachdem alles installiert war, lief die Anlage nicht an. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der seinerzeit gelieferte Wechselrichter 'only for UK an Ireland' war, kein CE und auch kein Aus-Schalter vorhanden ist.
Da die zwei Jahre Garantie noch nicht abgelaufen waren, meldete ich mich sofort bei Tesup.
Lange Rede, ... Tesup hat sich davon nicht angenommen, ich bin auf dem Schaden sitzengeblieben, musste einen neuen für die EU geeigneten Wechselrichter kaufen.

Kurz: bestellt, bezahlt, lange gewartet, unvollständig (in Teilen nach und nach) geliefert, dann falscher Wechselrichter, keine vernünftige Kommunikation.

Ich kann vor TESUP nur warnen!

Ik heb op 29 oktober een windmolen besteld, maar tot heden nog steeds niet geleverd, wat betreft als je een vraag stelde waar het blijf dan krijg je een standaard antwoord, we zijn met dit bezig of dat, volgens mij als ik de review lees worden we gewoon opgelicht, dus mensen KOOP NIKS BIJ TESUP, je bent je geld kwijt en je krijg niets
