Test Ultimate Arvostelua 

My account is currently paused, no one answers the phone. Takes longer than 24hrs to respond to emails, still no reply. Paid for a service that I can’t make use of and I’ve even upgraded and my account still remains on pause. What is going on here? I saw you respond to a customer who also left a negative view here, you managed to reply within 6 hours but you don’t reply or contact customers by email or call them back no even during the day or within 24hrs! It’s only giving me reason to also leave a negative review for an app I’ve paid and upgraded for

Signed up and paid. Saved password on my phone but then it wouldn't let me in. Requested password reset nothing happened. Sent several emails to Test Ultimate - they ignored them all. Then receive notification email of a test on a date that would have worked but I can't accept it because I can't login, because Test Ultimate have terrible customer service. Later received another email saying they were no longer searching for tests for me because I had not accepted the last one. Further emails sent telling them what's happened and requesting password reset. All ignored again.

I don't think this is a scam, I just think it's a hopelessly incompetent company that employs hopelessly incompetent staff. Definitely one to avoid.

EDIT - I see the reply says that they have seen no emails from my email address however on the day after I posted this review I actually got a reply - albeit unhelpful. I have now rectified the issue with logging in, however over a week since requesting Test Ultimate unpause the search for a test, it is still showing as being paused.

Do you seriously believe that I haven't got in touch or do you think it might be Test Ultimate again demonstrating their incompetence? I think a quick glance at the other reviews over the last year probably helps in getting to your answer.

They are just using your license details. Test was already booked and I was looking for early date. They took booked test sold it to someone and did not gave me early date.

Paid for the highest package but didn’t receive any test from them at all for over a month. Then my instructor found a test for me, and booked it. Because they have access, they then took this test booking and gave it to someone else, cancelled any test that was booked on my name. And now they don’t respond to any emails and calls. Don’t waste your money on them, they are scammers. They took my money, no refund and NO TEST.👎👎

SCAM. Don’t use. They say they will give you a refund if they don’t find you a test but they don’t. Definitely avoid using this

Avoid this scamming company!!! they took £201 out my account 6 weeks ago with no reply, we’re trying to get a full refund. Don’t put yourself through the stress please avoid!!!!!. They probably paid for made up good reviews on this site.I’ll say it again avoid avoid!!!!!!!!!

They changed my exam date just one and a half hour before the new date. Luckily I've seen the mail as soon as arrived and my instructor freed that timeslot for me.

Literally the worst company. I’ve been trying to contact them now for many weeks by both phone and email and I am getting absolutely nowhere. I successfully used them last year to book a driving test for my older child, but this year things are different.

I’m trying to get my money back but I’m getting nowhere with them. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. Emails take days to get a response and then the response is useless

Test Ultimate is a scam, and I urge the UK government and DVSA to intervene and protect others from this deceitful scheme. They took my money and have since blocked my account , making it impossible for me to contact them. Please, do not fall into this trap. Stay vigilant and share this message to prevent others from being victimized.

Service is good . Only problem they take it to last moment to give the dates.

Best driving test cancellation site out there! 100% guaranteed to find you a test the next or so for only £50-60, and you don't need to pay £200+ like many scammers out there. I've used Test Ultimate twice, and the first time I used it - I got a test for the next week, which I failed, but paid the same fee and got a new test 2 weeks after. Test Ultimate reserve the tests for you and it normally ranges from 3 minutes to 10 minutes, even a few hours allowing you to confirm or decline any test offers without any hassle. The Pro package is the best package; the Ultimate is honestly a waste of money as you'll still need to pay the normal DVSA fee of £62 on Gov.UK. They really do have the customers in their best interests, so thank you, Test Ultimate.

Didn't book a test for 7 weeks and terrible customer service.

I've been trying to contact them about a refund but can seem to get one or even been able too talk to anyone. Dose anyone one know how too talk to some one higher up too deal with this. Or do i have yo get my lawyer involved i hope not and with what there doing not respond even though ive asked for a call back because seems like no one is working there i dont recommend them at all they need too stop what there doing there customer service is the worst one I've been with

There is no proper way to contact them. I wanted a refund as they didn't meet the promise they made.

Fraud. Scammers. Cheaters. Took two payments of £184 from me then said I was ineligible for a refund so had to go through my bank to get this. Booked me a test for stevenage test centre when that was not my preferred centre. Never sent an email about this to had to find out when logging into DVSA and cancel it myself. Terrible customer service, don't answer the phone and take days to respond to emails. Paid for the highest package and got 0 service. Do not buy from these people they are scammers who will use your license details and also have no way to cancel.
