So simple, don’t know why I got so stressed there was really no need, talked through every step and then Received the certificate within about 10 mins via email and really easy to then go on and up-load

I had 4 devices, ipad, samsung phone, two windows laptop. I tried using every single one of them and they dont work for the zoom link. At the end it only worked on my sisters macbook lite using safari and not using the zoom app. Uploading the results was the same too, only the macbook lite and safari worked. Your company doesn't even have a phone number to contact for these urgent issues and I had to email the problem. PLEASE FIX! Took me an hour to try connecting when I'm flying on the same day! Very stressful! Having said that, the testing process was smooth and I got my certificate very fast.

Booked supervised tests for our trip to the US and couldn't have asked for a better or easier service.

I cannot fault this company. Brilliant service both times we have used them. Easy to communicate with and prompt replies when we have had queries. Very easy to activate tests with clear instructions.

This was a thoroughly professional procedure and the result was very quickly achieved and transmitted. My two quibbles are very minor: I expected to be able to see the proctors (or whatever the officials are called) on Zoom. but I only saw their names. Also, the steps I had to take were not very clear, or rather, they should have been repeated, I had forgotten, for example, that the final photo had to be taken with the identity card and sent off, Logical and obvious, but I had forgotten about it and sent only the picture of the cassette with the result result, It eventually dawned on me, and then the procedure was quickly completed, but a reminder would have helped.

Given some of the reviews, alongside concerns about using a non face-to-face service, I was worried about whether this would go ahead well and subsequently researched 'emergency' test centres to drive to if need be. However, every aspect of the procedure (from ordering the tests to receiving the certificates) went by perfectly. The tests arrived the day after I ordered them; there were sufficient time slots to choose from for the video-call; email correspondence was prompt and clear; Kevin, whom conducted the call, was very pleasant, professional and clear with his instructions; the certificates were issued within four hours; and the website was easy to use at every stage. I recommend this service and will be using it again for my next flight in August.
