Helpful and quick service

Fit to fly antigen supervised test. Very simple to follow instructions to validate tests, zoom meeting went easily once I had put sound on 😳. Very quick certification via email within an hour of sending photo of tests. Only quibble is the website doesn’t like iPads, slow to respond and took ages to find how to get my certificate to print. All in all would recommend

Service was somewhat easy to use but I have a few complaints:
-website is very slow. It took several times to load registering an account and viewing results.
-windows to have someone verify you took the test is very limited. 10-15:50 is not flexible enough...

Photo uploading problems …
Although have used this company before , on this occasion had real problems uploading the photos and it happened for six of us over three different households. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress.Hopefully the company will contact me to discuss how to help customers in a similar situation to avoid a negative experience.

The app doesn’t work properly
The app doesn’t work properly! I think i am being generous at one star! The whole set up needs revision. I did my test but then had a lot of difficulty in being able to submit the photo after. There is no number to call help. My wife and daughters the same issues.

This is a great service
This is a great service. Test was shipped the day after order, and arrived the day after shipment. The online appointment booking is very smooth, and the online appointment was on time and very efficient. The result certificate arrived almost immediately after the test result was submitted.

I have used Testing for all several…
I have used Testing for all several times in the past without any problems whatsoever however today I was unable to upload the photo of my test result.
After a search of their website I found advise on how to send the photo to a dedicated email address which I did. I received a reply almost immediately stating the photo was being processed and within a few minutes I received my certificate.
Could of done without the stress of not being able to upload the photo but the fix was quick for which I am grateful.

Relatively painless
In terms of process Testing for All cannot be faulted. The sample kit came quickly. The support people were helpful and the actual testing procedure was relaxed but thorough.
The missing star is due to a lack of clarity in the information as to what one should do as a couple.
Would I use TFA again - Yes.

We could not upload the photos of the test.
The software takes you to documents not photos and it’s impossible to upload.
We had to email it and then only got it 30 minutes before our flight.

Overall Excellent Service!
Excellent service! I was concerned to find no appts available, but my email requesting an appt was answered very quickly and an appt arranged almost immediately. The clinician supervising my test (Harry) was very helpful and professional. Results were verified and certificate was returned within 30 minutes!
