After being rejected the first time I applied, I turned to Testers Community in a state of confusion and a little bit of despair. I didn't know what should I have done differently. Turns out it was a lot. The guys at TC provided me not only with the testers I needed, but with guidance. The kind of guidance that is absolutely missing in Google Play Console. Honestly, the pricing of their service is so low I was skeptic. Another mistake on my part. The testers provided excellent, workable feedback and a carefully constructed draft I could use to fill the final form in the Play Console. Now my app is live and I will use them again very soon. I can recommend this service wholeheartedly.

KUDOS to the Testers Community for an outstanding offering: extremely easy testers setup on the Google side, the engagement of double the required dedicated testers for longer than the required time, great advice, insights, the efficient handling of the testing process and a fantastic website (professional, inviting and well-architected UI, with a beautiful dashboard to track progress and very easy navigation).

Going down this road, initially, caused me a little anxiety, but now that it's over, I know that it was totally misplaced. The process was straightforward, and any questions I had were addressed (albeit a bit slowly). This was way easier than trying to find 20 friends/family with Android devices for testing, so by that definition, the price was very reasonable.

Simply deliver what they promise only surprise is they don't have tablets and only test apps on mobiles so if your app supports tablets or supports tablets only you don’t get feedback but my ultimate goal was to pass the 14 days. Which I got
