Health & Fitness game changer
Signed up for a 6 week challenge as working from home all year was doing my health and weight no favours. Best decision I've made in a long time.
After a questionnaire and consultation on what I wanted to get out of the experience, I received a personalised nutrition plan and workout schedule using just bodyweight exercises & resistance bands that I had already from Terry which was fantastic.
Having Terry's vast knowledge of training, nutrition and motivation on tap with regular updates on how I was getting on and what needed tweaked was hard to put a price on, he really knows his stuff.
Total game changer for me and if anyone is thinking about signing up, do it and you'll be thanking yourself you did.

Used Terry and definitely recommend him. It was just so helpful to have a routine and nutrition that was amazing and help on hand. Never felt stronger then I do now.

Hardest working Coach you could hope for!
I honestly did not realise when I signed up to be coached by Terry that I would be getting such a high quality, professional and committed service - especially as an online Coach.
From day one Terry has taken the time to understand my strengths, weaknesses and needs; constantly adapting our training plans and nutritional plans based on feedback. It has felt as engaged as if Terry were here in person and Terry has leveraged his extensive knowledge of strength, conditioning and nutrition to help me achieve more in a short 12 weeks than I have in 10 years of trying to manage it myself!
If you are looking for a humble, knowledgeable and inspirational coach then I absolutely recommend Terry Hollands coaching for you.

So happy I made the decision to join up with Terry's coaching Terry and his team have been amazing through the whole process my gym plan was not straight forward as I have a knee injury amd Terry has made changes to my meal plan when I have asked the response is so quick 100% recommend

Best decision I have ever made
I was always sceptical about online coaching but decided to take a chance due to Terry's amazing reputation as a strongman. I have just completed 3 months and I have lost over a stone and a half! I can honestly say it was the best decision I have made and would highly recommend. It's a life changer! Thank you Terry and the team.
