Terreta helps not only to save time but also money. The service has a cost of course, but so does the time saved, the speed at which you get your flat bought and renovated, the facilitated contacts with construction companies, etc.
All in all it's a great deal if you didn't plan to do everything yourself anyways and if you want to save time for other things.

Très bonne expérience avec Terreta Spain, de mon premier entretien avec Goeffroy à la recherche d'appartements avec Maxime et la signature avec Antoine. Malgré quelques difficultés administratives ils ont toujours tout fait pour arranger les choses au plus vite et c'était appréciable surtout quand on est à distance. Nous avons trouvé, grâce à Terreta, l’appartement idéal pour nos trois enfants qui font leurs études à Valencia.
Nous venons de finir notre premier bail qui a été renouvelé sans aucun souci pour l’année prochaine.
Nous avons eu un petit problème de volet au début de la location qui a été résolu le lendemain de notre demande.
