this is a joke of a company bought a massive dedi from these guys we were getting ddos and when i contacted support no one would help me for 5+ days and so i started spamming the ticket for help as i kept getting ddos off my server after about 8 days they finally replied and said they didnt want me as a customer and ban my server with no refund a couple days later my account no longer even exist at all on the website.

Broken sales process, had to fight every step of the way and eventually said goodbye.

Just wanted to contact support. Had to reset my password, did so, got ip banned. Waste of money, terrible hosting service, con artists through and through. Stay away.
Edit: Managed to get a support ticket going. Person on other end was rude. Refund for services not possible because of their imaginary “policy”. Please spend your money somewhere else.

i was marked as fraud and they asked for my ID???? Im sorry, but there was no evidence for me being fradulant, and they just want more information??? absurd.

I have been using their hosting for over a year, there hosting was great I didn't have any problems with it , but the only problem that I got was there support , thier support is so bad they respond to you after hours or even days or maybe they don't even respond at all, they didn't have that problem when they started but after a while they started to respond late and most of the times like 90% they are offline you can't reach them you have to type your message and they gonna contact you throw mail but most of the time as I said they take days to respnod or don't even respond at all, I even bought a vps server and after a 2 days I wanted to request a refund and I did a cancellation and I typed the reason, and they still didn't give my money back or contacted me.

Consistently slow support and multiple issues with networking. I have attempted to reach out to support on multiple occasions now and every time I wait for over 24 hours just for the ticket to automatically "close" leaving me to create another one in hopes they see it within 24 hours. In addition to this, the network on my service is close to horrendous, with incredibly high packet loss. Overall, disappointed.

Terrible service, stole my money, support was horrible and had to be double and triple messaged to even get a reply from them. On top of that, the server services that they provide are terribly laggy, do not ever buy from terabit.

I originally intended to purchase one of Terabit’s promotional VPS offers, but the entire experience was extremely frustrating. No matter how I tried to place an order, the system kept flagging my account as fraudulent, preventing me from completing the purchase. All the information I provided was accurate and truthful, yet I was still mistakenly marked as a fraud. This unreasonable fraud detection system wasted a lot of my time, and in the end, I couldn’t complete my purchase. I hope Terabit improves their verification process to avoid this kind of issue in the future.

Avoid this company forever it's a scam! NEVER EVER ORDER SERVICE FROM THIS SCAMERS!

Server has been running quite well, smooth and easy to set up.

Paying for the server was a pain through, orders kept getting marked as fraud and people took a few days to get get back to me however they were quite helpful

Had problems buying a server then i cant even log into it!

I lost over $300+ USD with Terabit.io, and they also wasted my time. I initially added $60 USD as funds, and after using their services, they banned my account without providing any valid reason.

This platform provides fake services and is completely a scam. The promises made on their website are nothing but lies. Their customer support is useless and avoids answering questions instead of solving issues.

I want to warn everyone to stay away from this platform as it will only waste your money and time. My advice is to keep your funds and data safe and avoid this fraudulent platform at all costs.

customer service gives quick replies and helped me with lots of stuff

Terabit offers Game servers with DDR5 Ram with AMD Ryzen™ 9 7900 CPU at a low cost they are by far one of the best hosting providers out there. My server was set up almost instantly and support is really quick to answer, Their baked in Bytefiler DDOS Protection is Out of this world.

I didn't have much experience with VPS systems and Ubuntu at all. Hopefully the support chat (Josh) has helped me get my access to the VNC and SFTP without much effort. He's amazing!!! I almost never say that but Josh... There's so much to that person that I can't even begin to express. THANK YOU once again! Amazing support! Amazing services! (and affordable too!)
