Ordered tennis shoes from tennistro.com. Received email confirmation and shipping info that it was on its way. Then next day received email
“ Order #Tennistroxxxx was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded. Emailed customer service who responded quickly that it must have been an error in the procurement office and to reorder. Did not receive a refund then Called my bank to report it as a scam.

This website is FAKE. This is a fake company. SCAM - DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I ordered in May, got a confirmation email with info taking me to Shop. It didn't take me to an order to track just Shop's general page. I now know that's because there is no order. Their phone rings then clicks because it's not real. They don't respond via email. They have a picture showing "No internet connection" when you click on their Instagram. FAKE FAKE FAKE!

No delivery, no response, scam.

Didn’t send my order at all. Just canceled it entirely for no reason

Almost fell for this fake website. Looking for Kswiss tennis shoes. They advertised a really good price right on the verge of too good.

So I googled to see if the website was legit. Came back with poor ratings. Googled the address ..it cane back as a brewery in Colorado.

Checked Trust Pilot ...lots of complaints.

"Do not buy from this website; it is a scam. I purchased four pairs of tennis shoes from them, and they provided a fake/stolen FedEx tracking number (########) to make it look like the order shipped. When I investigated further, I found that their customer service phone number (719-257-7506) is disconnected, and their listed business address (114 N Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903) does not even exist. Avoid at all costs."

This is a fake website and store, they are supposedly based in Colorado but I verified they have no store in the address they mention in google. The contact information they have is invalid, called the phone number multiple times and no answer. I was also sent a fake tracking number and never received the shoes I ordered. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered my pádel racket and they cancelled the order after 7 days. I wrote email to TennisTro and they responded very fast to explain the issue so I ordered again. Good service.

Order accepted and product shipped. Tracking showed its "on the way". Then after several days, I got an email saying order canceled as per your request. I never requested cancelation.
Their info email bounces back. Nobody ever responds. No proper communication. No refund received.
Looks very much like some sort of scam to be honest. I hope its not. I guess I'll find out soon. But I would say stay away!!!
