At Tenant Angels, we fight for the rights of tenants in England & Wales.
Specialising in Tenancy Deposit Protection Claims, in the last 12 months alone, we've handled over 1,300 claims for tenants!
The law on deposit protection is very clear, a landlord (or their agent) must protect a tenant's deposit within 30 days of it being paid and it must remain protected for the whole duration of the tenancy until the day the tenant moves out.
If the landlord fails to do this, they have broken the law and the tenant is entitled to the full deposit back plus up to 3x the value of the deposit per breach.
Our service is completely free of charge for tenants and if a tenants would like help with a claim, our partner solicitors operate on a no-win, no-fee basis.
We're a family-run business that is passionate about defending tenants rights. Helping you get exactly what you deserve.

Excellent Service
I am extremely pleased with the service provided throughout my tenancy deposit claim. From the beginning, Daniel Mould has handled my case professionally, efficiently, and with excellent communication at every stage. She made what could have been a stressful process much easier to deal with and ensured I fully understood my rights and options.
Their knowledge and dedication gave me confidence throughout and I truly appreciate the support and commitment they showed. I would highly recommend their services to anyone experiencing issues with a tenancy deposit or requiring professional assistance in resolving landlord disputes.

I am still in the initial stage with Tenant Angels, and so far they have been very friendly and professional. They reply to every enquiry and keep me updated on the progress. I have only been with them for one week, but with their attitude I feel hopeful that they will handle my case professionally and positively.
I was looking for this type of firm for the last 2 years. I wasted money and time with different non-serious firms, but finally I found Tenant Angels with their “No Win, No Fee” policy, which gave me more confidence to trust them. So far, they are really acting like angels.
