Looking for help resolving a charging issue, Shan Scot identified the issue and sent a replacement. That was yesterday. The replacement showed up today. My head is still spinning. Certainly not used to customer service like this. She is professional, efficient, and friendly. Any product is only as good as its support. Yours is excellent. Thank you.

I bought an indoor/outdoor thermometer which arrived with a strange intermittent fault. I contacted ThermoPro and they sent a replacement straight away. Very satisfied!

The person I talked to on the phone was helpful and polite however I have been waiting for a warranty replacement since before July 4th! I still do not know when it will ship! I offered to pay the difference so that a probe that was in stock could be sent but was told that would not be possible. This is the 3rd time I have had a thermo pro product fail! I like your products but my loyalty is being stressed by this experience!

After a year, I had an issue with one of the probes reading incorrectly. I contacted customer support, and within the week I had a brand new unit!

I had an issue with my ThermPro Spike. The part of the spike that measured internal temperature would need to be recharged after a few hours which does not work when smoking a 15 pound brisket. I made a comment regarding the issue on a Facebook thread and was immediately contacted by Customer Service. Within a week I had a replacement Spike in hand. Hoping for a better charge capacity on the replacement. Thanks

I bought one indoor /outdoor unit and a separate outdoor unit and could not connect the single unit. The technician I spoke to explained the different frequency is why it would not connect and as I bought the outside unit as the other one died, they are sending me a complete unit that is compatible to my outdoor unit which will allow me to have two out door units l. THERMOPRO backs their units and you do not have to spend hours to get your problem resolved. I will definitely share how great they are to work with! I like their indoor/outdoor thermometer and have used their units for years as it covers a good distance and through cement walls!

Fabulous customer service and support. My meat thermometer probe became faulty and I was informed it was still under warranty, so a new one was delivered to me the next day, free of charge.

I was sent the worng part and they quickly went ahaed and sent the the right one without me returning the old one

Thank you for the replacement unit. Some issues 1) I had were not being able to communicate with a live person when trying to call of the issues I was having. 2) This (TP25) unit shuts off automatically on long cooks. 3) Even though I downloaded the app, it still doesn't want to pair with my phone.
