Placed an order back in October and was sent an incorrect color and the audio also had this weird static noises when turned on. On top of that, the bench that was estimated to be delivered in December was actually not delivered in December. Reached out and was told early January… come February, still nothing. Now I am being told April. It is so frustrating as I cannot do a lot of the upper body exercises without this piece of equipment. If I had known this, I wouldn’t even make the purchase in the first place.

This is a HORRIBLE company and product- buyer beware. We purchased a tempo and in a matter of months it starting making a sound, an irritating sound making it unusable. They sent me a part to replace and it still did not work. Jan 15 they said they would get back to me....never heard a word from them but they took our monthly fee! Fed up I emailed to cancel, they ignored me and said they now have a fix and wanted to send me a part- really??? After I contacted them! They basically tried to ingore my request to cancel until I called them and got furious. I asked for my subscription fees back because I had not been able to use it and the answer - they would cancel but no reimbursement. Now we have a heavy piece of trash to get rid of. Please save your money- Do not buy!
Not worth it at all.
I wanted to love it but at hefty price, there is too many issues with it; when you spend more time with tech support then exercising. And they will sell you stuff that is not even in production/available. Also their weight clips don’t hold the weights in all the time and can come crashing down on your foot.
Tempo Move/App hardly work
Hate to write a negative review, especially about something that has potential, but the Tempo Move and app are awful. Hardly ever works. So glitchy. And would rarely connect to my tv. Once working - the classes are good! And I like the coaches! But I’m not going to put for something that works not even half the time. I’ve become so frustrated with the customer service experience as well. Claiming I can’t cancel because my email address is inaccurate… which it’s not.
Improve your app. Improve your reliability. Don’t try to offer too much when your product won’t work. Wishing this company well in improvement - because of it did work, I’d look to keep using.

I was an early adopter of this machine - used it for a bit before getting injured and needing to take a break.
Even though it was generally a positive experience I still got lots of screen glitches.
However during my break from the membership I found out that because I didn't have an active membership I was not qualified to receive the early adopter's gift. This definitely shows that the company's values are not truly aligned with respecting the community and wellness. They seem to want to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Now this entire situation combined with the continuing glitches makes me regret purchasing and supporting this company.
Great concept but not a great product
I was VERY excited to receive the Tempo Fit. Once set up by the Tempo delivery company, the product has nothing but issues, the customer service reps are very nice but only give basic advice and then instruct you to email the company. I emailed the company several times re unable to log in to start the classes, glitchy or frozen screens, limited classes, etc. No replies to my emails. It is also expensive to try and return the machine. The company charges $250 to deliver it and $250-$350 to return it. So for $1,995 plus taxes, you lose a total of $500-$600 of it if you don't like their product. I would recommend people to wait until the company gets their act together. Good concept but it's a mediocre item and there is no useful support to the client. The company doesn't really stand by its product. Bye once it's sold. About the product itself? The weights are way too wide for a bunch of exercises, dumbells are a much better option. There are no classes or mention of modified movements. At least address the most common one, chronic (or acute) and old knee injuries, runner's knees for example.
I am an athlete and I have years and years of regular training and exercise, and I have tried many different products throughout the years. Sadly, I give this one an F.
