Excellent customer service. They were professional and very knowledgeable. I was having some major problems and they solved everything.

The price is no more affordable for single user. Support need to be more reliable whenever needed. thank you

Ik ben op vakantie in Australië en kocht een prepaid simkaart in Perth. Medewerker installeerde de kaart. Zij wist dat ik een Samsung Galaxy A50 telefoon heb. De kaart werkte 24 uur. Toen werd ik geblokkeerd door Telstra. Ik was al doorgereisd, dus ging ik in Hobart naar de Telstra store. Hier lukte het hen niet om de blokkering op te heffen. Schijnt door het oudere model telefoon te komen. De enige oplossing is een nieuwe telefoon te kopen. Ik kreeg ook geen refund. Het stoort mij enorm dat ze mij een telefoon kaart laten kopen, terwijl ze konden weten dat ik zou worden geblokkeerd. Contact gehad met de klantenservice, maar na anderhalf uur chatten nog steeds geen refund. Ik voel me totaal niet gehoord en in de maling genomen. Wat een slechte service!

Instead of emailing our monthly bill for Foxtell they send a text asking us to down load an app to pay our bill on our phone . We are in our 70s and we don't want this . We want our bill sent to our email and they also changed the date due from the 22nd to the 12th of the month . They can't refund the money on the bill due to tek problems . They said they will send cheque for $12 .60 for the difference . We don't even have a bank nearby to bank the cheque . Not happy and no one should be with this service . We are pensioners and need to know when a bill is due and not have to pay 10 days early . Awful service as it was once a Good company . So sad

I wish i could just buy the services i need for our business online without having to talk to her sales people.

The drain my life.

My Telstra email keeps dropping out, at least 35 times today I have been dropped out whilst using it, and then I need to go through the arduous task of logging off and on again, which is so much more onerous than it used to be.
