The team maintained consistent communication throughout the process. Initially, I was a bit concerned since I was importing a product from the USA and wasn’t sure about their reliability. However, they proved to be completely genuine and delivered exactly within the promised timeframe. I highly recommend Tejar PK.
Ordered a second set of Logitech G Pro Wheel+Pedal set for PS5/PC from Tejar.com (UAE). Its impossible to get these item in Middle East form any domestic or overseas retailer. The second set was delivered to me a week later (in 20 days) than the first set (in 14 days). Overall, I am happy with my experience with Tejar.com. They do deliver on their promises, albeit a bit later than initially quoted. At least they did fulfill the order, unlike NetworkHardwares.com, who I placed an order for 2nd set, after calling them to confirm items were in stock ready to ship; they never shipped it. I am still waiting for refund.
we have order 8 days back and didnt receved nay shipment yet. there no number to contact and not a single email top connect with them to checkn the status of our material. looks like this is a fraud website.

I made order 5 days ago. Yesterday, when I logged in to account, I have not found order in the list. Support doesn’t answer. Only letter in my gmail with order number. I will ask bank to make charge back.
Today is 19 feb. I received my order and want to change my review from 1 star to 3 star. Really, Tejar - not bad guys, but have very slow customer support.

Why can’t a regulatory agency remove these sites?
Placed an order for a headphone cable, shown as in stock on their website. The payment was made and confirmed, but a few days later get a message saying the order was cancelled.
Wrote to customer service, told that due to a price change the order has been cancelled.
The refund depends on the timeframe of the financial institutions.......whatever that means.
they don't disclose that they actually order from Amazon UK or US and ship and take extra while I thought they had the product in Dubai for faster shipping

They don't pick up phone calls or reply to emails. They sent me the wrong keyboard layout, after some research turns out they ordered it from Amazon uk, charged me extra, then shipped it to me
