The company staff provides fast responses to questions also after completion of the course, which I liked very much. Units are ordered with logic and make the knowledge build with understanding as you progress. Other positives are the videos of real instruction and small challenges as you learn more, all building to many questions of how you react to problems in the classroom. These are all reasons for me giving 5 stars despite a couple of things I believe should be improved. I paid for the course and then had to move to a new website for learning, but I think it's better to learn and pay on one site, no? Also, when I want to access the recruitment and job links, I then need to go to your home website, but if you also put this on the two sites it's very much more easy for me, right? Small things such as these make big differences. For the course, things are in very good standard, but as my grandmother used to say, you must also be sure to iron the collars when you iron the shirt.

It took 2 attempts to pay (120 hours TEFL), but from there it was all good - I'd advise waiting a second longer for all to load. Once in, you enroll on the LMS and it's all self paced with auto feedback, though when I had a question (just once) they were quick to answer - make sure you read the mini instructions on the tasks and no need to message!

The structure makes sense with lesson planning tackled halfway through it and lots of management info before then, then you have skills and assessments with an online teaching unit later on. It goes into lots of detail and the activities etc are all fairly practical considering.

It's worth it.

The course was professional and staff responded to my email in less than 20 minutes. Everything was included in the fee as promised as well as an unmentioned games bundle. I'd like them to offer business TEFL.

It was a valuable study experience for me. The course was full with knowledge and it had a good structure that build up in difficulty in every lesson. They had videos with every lesson also and I did not hear any AI speaking - I was happy about hearing a tutor's voice because text alone is sometime boring to study. Every lesson had different practice tasks that tested my understanding like a real classroom and a little quiz for practice. I think the value was excellent and I will recommand to friends and other. Only problem I had was trying to pay 2 times before it worked, having to change to Visa and not my local card, though it says it accepts local.

Excellent. Many text materials and videos of lessons. Staffs are very fast and responds vastly and professionally. I took maybe 8 weeks to finish and know many things from studying with the Masters TEFL company. I recommend to others who wants to learn TEFL online.

I learned a lot through your courses, it was so detailed, full of practical knowledge, I loved how you give small tests before the quiz, the one thing I didn't like as a kinetic learner, is the AI-generated videos. I would prefer real teachers explaining, otherwise everything is great.

I really enjoyed this course and feel like I got myself a bargain. There's so much content to keep you busy if you really want to learn but there's also ways to skip some of the more boring stuff (like I did as I already did a grammar refresher course a while back and actually refunded that course because it was mainly just text and I wasn't really learning much about teaching). Videos, though avatar based, were actually really helpful and the activities made a big difference to my understanding of how different bits and bobs fit together in the classroom. The staff were always super helpful with certificate stuff too. The only downside for me was that there wasn't any way to contact them by phone or touch base with other students...minor things but ones that I'd thought would be standard.

I am sincerely impressed. Having taught in various institutions, I was looking for something that offered more than just the basics.
