Order mystery bag of 3 t-shirts on 15/06 after being given a delivery of 1 - 4 days.

Still waiting for an update despite numerous emails. No human to speak to and the BOT on the website is useless!

Only negative was late delivery without any communication
When I complained the response was good and the delivery was very good and delivered as stated.

"Teerrible" company - don't waste your time & money!!

Teeific are a waste of time - don't order from these clowns. Placed an order on the 12/06 and still now T-shirt, despite numerous emails (and the incorrect customer service phone number provided by their bot (0330 333 0444) - "Teerrible" !!!!

I ordered this T-shirt for Father’s Day…

I ordered this T-shirt for Father’s Day well in advance. Only after contacting them (after 2 weeks) was the T-shirt dispatched. Ordered 4/6, email sent 17/6, reply 22/6, received 24/6!!!
So, missed Father’s Day, but a great quality T-shirt.

I’d give it 0 if possible

I’d give it 0 if possible. Coming up to a month still no delivery. Present deadline missed. Sent email to customer service no ETA for the order and they have given me a fob off excuse about not being able to refund because it’s in a production process. Absolute garbage. Teerific? More like Horific.

Hopeless people

Hopeless people. Ordered 16 days ago on a 2-4 working day delivery and still no delivery. Have e-mailed numerous times and used the chatbot. No reply. No items. These people shouldn't be allowed to trade. Thieves.

Weeks of waiting

Placed an order with my son on 3rd of June for Father's day... Waited weeks, emailed company countless times to no avail. Finally had a response 2 days before Fathers day saying it would be posted and reach us within 2-3 days... Still hasn't arrived and today is the 24th... Thats 21 days since we ordered.
