I ordered a mask on May 17, 2020. Still waiting to get it. I contacted tee89s twice through their customer service email link; got the same scripted response. Going on 7 weeks; was supposed to take 2-3 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We that work with the elderly have to wear a n95 plus a surgical mask I replace the surgical masks with these mask with beautiful designs an they got comfortable over the n95 our elderly patients smile when they see me instead of worrying so that makes these priceless an I will be buying more from them

I love these masks!! I don't think its their fault there is a pandemic going on and people are ordering online all over the world. It stated when I ordered that shipping time will take longer due to the covid 19. They sell masks everywhere so its not like you couldn't get one for the time being. I absolutely love the mask and I recommended it to anyone that wants something like a medical mask, this fits so good and covers everything!!! I've bought like 10 masks already & this one is my favorite!

Ordered masks April 24. credit card was charged.
A answering machine says should arrive in 5 days.......still not here

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my mask. I placed the order on May 5th and my credit card was charged the same day. It is now June 19th and I still don't have the mask. I have sent several emails and did receive a small credit on my credit card with the same old message that my order is still in the production process and will be shipped by June 4th, however there may be a delay. I will never order from them again. COVID or no COVID they should not have charged my credit card when they couldn't ship the merchandise.

I order a mask in May 04, and until today I do not receive the product! I send many e-mail and always the response is the same! Priting...printing, printing....

tee89s.com is the worst company that I have ever ordered from. Is this a legitimate business? They sent defected merchandise. Then in order to get a return and a refund, you have to fill out a complaint form. They will then decide, if they think it is legitimate reason. How could they decide? I want my money back. The t-shirts that I ordered were poorly made so poorly and rough, I cannot wear them. I paid $84.80, and I want to return them for a refund.
They have an email. But, they do not answer it. They do not send an invoice. They have a phone number but, they do not answer it. I have emailed them 3 times and
called them 3 times. No response. I am so disgusted and angry that I am going to report

Ordered my mask on May 13, 2020. Still do not have it. Never received an email to confirm. I checked all of my accounts. I have called and all i get is that is not the correct order number. WHich i got off of my bank statement. This is totally a scam. I will be telling everyone that I know NOT TO USE THIS SITE.

SCAM !!! Beginning of May ordered 3 masks, Month and a half later, Still nothing. Gave me a BS refund of 10% because of the lateness. Googled the Address ( 211 N Pennsylvania St. Suite 600 Indianapolis, IN 46204 ) Nothing but All SCAM Sights with different Names !!!

SCAM ordered a mask. Waited 43 business days, never shipped. Would get a generic reply when I sent an email for status. Asked for a refund, got a partial refund. Less than half what I spent.

For a fabric mask, it's quite light and breathable. The quality of the picture is great! It fits well and is definitely big enough to fit a variety of face shapes and sizes! I knew it was going to take a little longer to receive it and it was worth it. The delivery time did align with what the company said. I'm very happy and would recommend!
