I had order a mask from on May 3,2020 and o not yet received it the recording said it will be sent out within 5 business days. They already to my payment in will never order from them again

They don't even deserve a one star rating,they are horrible.
I ordered 2 face mask on May 3rd they took payment immediately but still no mask.
Will never use this company again!

Update on my purchase
After demanding them with fraud and sending hundreds of emails I got a full refund by saying this....
I could care less about who you are scamming but I want my money refunded now or I will continue to send emails and call and msg you however til my money is back in my account Sending hundreds of emails will clog up their scam business... so keep sending emails!!!! Ps I got all my money back and cancelled the card ASAP and reported them as scammers

Had to leave at least 1 star, but they deserve NONE. Ordered on May 20, it went straight to print, and they took the $20 from my account right away. To date nothing received, still says printing. I reported them to BBB, I got ahold of them on Facebook and reamed them. Go to Tee89s on Facebook. You can message them, but be sure to report the page for the scam they are, I did! They replied via email to me and gave me back 30% of my order. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I wrote back tonight and told them refund the rest, or my next step is to consumer protection, then to attorney general and then to my bank to get the rest of my money. I feel like a fool. From now on I will be researching reviews before I order any item. The person on Facebook messanger begged me to trust them! What a joke!

Their 800 number has 2 automated choices, you will never get to a live person. The website says 14-21 days till shipping, it's been 38. They will not refund my money, only half but still no product. I just want my money back. I'm filing BBB and Attorney General consumer protection complaints.

I received my mask after 6 weeks wait with no updates except that it was printing. The mask is so thin you can see right through the print. It serves no purpose for protection which was the only reason I purchased. I feel my money was completely wasted and found higher quality in homemade.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Took $40.00, no order #, no nothing and no help from them.

Ordered mask 4/28 still haven’t rec’d and now can’t find confirmation email with order # (usu I am so great about keeping track). I can’t send an email to check on order status w/o order # and I can’t contact by phone w/o order # so if I don’t receive in a wk or so I’ll contact my bank for them to get my $19.94 back. A co. should not be so hard to reach.

Miserable Service!

I ordered at the end of April and still haven't received the product. Too bad there isn't a category for zero or minus stars.

Well I reiterate reviews similar to others. Ordered my mask on April 29 th and still have not recieved it. They did give partial refund earlier but still said I would get the mask. Just contacted them for full refund but they would not do that. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Well, I finally received my masks yesterday
- 8 weeks after ordering. They are very poor quality, the sewing is all over the place, the elastic is so short that my husband can't wear any of them. It is not 2 layers, it is one layer of cotton that has a knit lining. I am very dissatisfied with the product and the service.

I ordered my Face Mask since May 4 and till this day, June 16, 2020 have not received my ordered. Tried to reply to order confirmation and unfortunately it is undelivered. Still is ridiculous and see it as a scam. I thank God I only spent $20 and no more. It is still my money but the lost could have been worst, since I placed a small order to check out the material and then place a bigger. Oh well that's not going to happen. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. It is a scam and you will be throwing away your money.

Not happy with the service I wanted to return an iPhone case but they won’t let me !!!

Unbelievably HORRIBLE customer service. They state the product will ship in 5-21 days, yet I ordered the product on May 4th and today is June 15th. In addition to that fact, there is not a method of reaching a live person to talk to and when you submit an electronic request their system doesn't allow you to type anything. you can only select canned options. Lastly, you also get a canned email response from them.

I'm fed up with their ridiculous excuses and false statements about when the product is supposed to ship.

Don't make the mistake I made. Don't give them the time of day!

Unbelievable!!

Ordered mask and a coffee cup. Did receive the cup but not the mask. The recording says will be sent in 5 days but never sent or delivered. It is a scam, I ordered the items on the 5th of May but no mask, unable to contact anyone and when I put my order number for the 5th time says will be out for delivery in 5 days. what a lie. Do not buy from this company.

I wish I had seen this before I placed an order. I would never have placed an order. It's been weeks since I ordered and they don't communicate with you. They don't give updates. They put the order in printing status as soon as they received it. They didn't say that you couldn't cancel the order after it's been placed. Never again!

Ordered one face mask May 6, 2020. They charged credit card that day. They responded to my inquiries on June 10th saying it WOULD BE shipped on June 5th!!! Yes, June 5. When I check the on line status, it always says “printing” I believe this company is a huge scam. I’ll never order from them again. Today is June 12. I’m about to call credit card company to start a claim.

Total SCAM. Ordered weeks ago and never received. One of several Chinese scammers taking advantage of people who order in good faith during a global health crisis. Shameful

If I could give them less than one star, I would. Scam company. Took my money right away but didn't ship for the longest time. Several emails to company before I got an automated response saying shipping was delayed due to Covid-19. Product shipped from China - not American made. Finally got my face mask over two months later. Product is one layer fabric even though they say they're following CDC guide lines. Do not believe them. There product is not worth a dime.
