This is a scam. As a new customer, I was on O2’s site looking for help and was using the O2 chatbot which offered me a link to tecteachs.com for tech help. It looked weird so I did not proceed after clicking the link, but the next day I saw 10p had been taken from my account followed a week later by £29.90. I did not give any bank details so this is extremely worrying. I have reported to O2, but please be careful.

Being the weekend there is no one to speak to, and I can’t report as a scam to my bank until it is no longer pending. think I have unsubscribed but having read the reviews here will believe it when I see it. Beware.
