Advertised flight radar, received cheap substitute – avoid!

I purchased a novelty desktop flight radar display for £33.44, advertised with a 2.8-inch round screen, Wi-Fi connectivity and real-time aircraft tracking.

After waiting several weeks for delivery, I received something completely different, seemingly worth pennies rather than the product advertised.

I originally spotted the product through a Facebook advert and the website looked convincing enough. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.

A thoroughly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Tecliny.

A total scam. I bought a plane tracker for 40 euros and got a cheap alarm clock thats not even worth 5 euros! I tried writing to them but no reply. They only accept returns to a Chinese address which means the postage will be more than they already scammed me for... avoid at all costs!

Scam from China. Be aware. They sending you a product totally different, worth maximum 1 or 2 euros. Ordered a desktop flight radar paid 40 euro, got electronic clock worth 1 eur. They trying to reply to your messages with Google translate, but just to make it visible that they tried to help. Trying to get my money from my bank now.

Zero star rating. Awful and a scam. Received a blow up pillow when I’ve ordered a sensory rocking chair. Avoid!!! No answer when you want a refund.

★☆☆☆☆ Avoid this company – absolutely appalling experience

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could.

I ordered a pink children’s sensory rocking chair from TECLINIY after seeing their advert on Instagram. I purchased this chair specifically for my autistic, non-verbal two-year-old daughter, Ariyah, to help meet her sensory needs.

I paid £31.77 expecting to receive the product that was advertised. Instead, I received what looks like a cheap inflatable pillow. It is absolutely nothing like the chair I ordered!

This is completely unacceptable. I trusted the advert, paid my money in good faith, and received an item that bears no resemblance to what I purchased.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I have been unable to contact the company to resolve the issue. When a business takes your money, it should take responsibility when something goes wrong. Customers should not be left feeling ignored, out of pocket, and stuck with an item they never ordered.

As a parent, I was trying to buy something useful for my little girl’s additional sensory needs. Instead, I’ve been left extremely upset and having to waste my time trying to recover my money.

I want a full refund of £31.77.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think very carefully and check independent reviews before handing over their money. My experience has been absolutely dreadful.

I will be pursuing a refund through my bank if this company continues to be uncontactable.

Avoid unless you want the stress of chasing your own money after receiving something completely different from what you ordered.
