Sofas arrived in just over a week , great quality and fast delivery. Couriers were great to , unpacked from boxes and put everything together and checked it all worked in front of us before leaving taking the packaging with them 👍😁

It came fast and its lovely the delivery men were good

Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Ordered the Series 6 electric recliner. Came within a couple of days and I was kept up to date every step of the way. The two guys brought it up the stairs and were polite and friendly. Recliner itself is absolutely superb! Now after a long day of work I can rest my sore back, put my legs up, turn the heated seat on and relax. Fantastic!!! They even rang me today to check that I was happy with my purchase and if I needed anything. I had looked at numerous other companies and recliners and reviews of the companies and their merchandise and decided on Tech sofa after seeing their very high ratings across the board and in the rare instance where there's been a problem Tech sofa sorted it quickly and professionally. Absolutely worth every penny. Thank you!

Very good all round service

The sofa is great, really comfy for watching movies or gaming.

Would be a 5 star but delivery experience was not so good. Delivery company only offered options that suited them for delivery slot, and upon reciept, the experience did not feel value for money ( £100 delivery). Sofa was put together and advised done, no engagement on usage and features but easy enough to use and set up, others may need a little support. I did message tech company via Whatss App and though initially acknowledged, when feedback shared, no further engagement. Hopefully should customer support be required, this was not the benchmark.

Brilliant quality. Quick delivery

Paid over £1000 heard absolutely nothing from them since. I have tried to contact via the email form, WhatsApp and telephone multiple times since 22nd dec and all attempts have been ignored (I did check their Xmas opening times and they state they have been open).

I only chose that sofa as it stayed express 14 day delivery. Will be contacting my credit card issuer soon to do a charge back as it feels like a scam

I really enjoyed the overall sofa purchasing experience - one downside was I was sent a code for 15% off my sofa if I purchased it by midnight. I tried to apply the code and it didn’t work. It said it was the last one in stock, so I put the order through and sent a message to their customer service team but I didn’t even get an acknowledgment let alone a response or a refund of 15%.

Ordered on a weekend, and I had the sofa in my lounge by Wednesday - was kept informed every step of the way from the delivery company and the delivery guys were lovely too - really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.

However, my family member also purchased one and their experience wasn’t as good - I’m hoping that’s a one off and the overall experience is good for all.

Excellent communication from ordering to delivery. Plus a follow up call to check we was happy with the sof even after delivery. Build quality and comfort far better than expected. Even had family asking to swap there new sofa to ours. Great features on sofas aswell. Only negativity is the Bluetooth speakers don't pair but otherwise excellent sofas

When I first bought this product I was a little bit worried. I couldn't have been more happier with it if I tried. From delivery to Install, it was a great experience. The delivery guys couldn't have been more accommodating considering there was no real access to the carpark where I stay and they still made it happen. 100% would recommend and I will likely buy more from this company in the future.

This is the first time I have purchased lounge furniture without trying it beforehand. In particular I was searching for a chair with independent recline and headrest controls. The chair from Techsofa fitted the bill and is very comfortable to sit in. The chair was delivered, unpacked and placed where it was to be used, so full marks for service as well.

Sofa is actually fine in terms of quality. All the feature work and it is comfortable.

Bad points: delivery company are woeful. Their customer service is in Pakistan. They just make it up and lie. They successfully delivered on the 9th day they said they would.

Tech sofa only really respond to phone calls. Don’t rely on WhatsApp or email.

The speaker is absurdly awful. If you have visions of connecting it to a tv don’t bother. And for music you won’t want to as it’s very quiet and tinny AF.

We've been looking for replacement sofas for while as our faithful 16 year old sofas were at the end of their sofa lives. We had a number of must haves (no plastic charging pads, metal switches, pull down tables, a plug socket option as well as usb and electric head/lumbar reclining/adjustment - heated seats a bonus) which we thought would be difficult to achieve. We managed to get everything bar heated seats. Loved the idea of the Tech Sofa Series 8, 3 seater 2 recliner heated sofas but these were too big for our room so opted for two Vinson 3 seaters. First time customer and placed my order because of the 20% of manic Monday offer. Also opted for the accidental insurance coverage. I had to email customer service to check the sofa would fit through our front door. Quick responses to all of my emails. I was kept up to date on the order and delivery of my sofas. The delivery company kept me up to date on day and time. The delivery people were the epitomy of professional, friendly and helpful. They delivered with extreme care. The sofas themselves are absolutely divine and measurements were accurate. They were delivered in two parts, for each sofa and fitted through a 960mm x 1865 mm door into a barrow hallway. It is scary ordering a sofa you have not sat on but these sofas are soft yet provide fantastic support and recline beautifully allowing a variety of differing seating/head positions. The charging options and pull down tables are a must have and the charging ports/plugs were fast charging. I love the lighting which is dimmable and the middle switches which reset the head and lumbar reclining to upright. A brilliant service from start to finish.
