Techno Systems Arvostelua

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Seller sold me a £500
STOLEN laptop. Device was enrolled to Microsoft device management (device arrived already set up. I suspect to avoid me seeing this screen).

When I questioned the seller on this, instead of taking steps to verify the legitimacy of the laptop, sent me script to bypass a security screen.

Having spoken to the legitimate owner, I have had to return the laptop to the legitimate owner and open a case with eBay.

best service, best equipment. I recommend to everyone

I had an excelent service, sent my laptop for bios password removal. Everything was done very quickly and I was informed every step that’s been done.

Originally sent the wrong item. Problem rectified without delay and with courtesy. Excellent customer service.

I got the laptop I ordered but it came with less memory than it said on the description and the lap top keeps freezing so it's no good need to send it back

Have purchased a few hp laptops from Techno Systems over the past years now and they have always arrived really quickly and I’ve always been impressed by the condition and fair value. Also very helpful on the phone.

I recently purchased a laptop with the expectation of next-day delivery and a hassle-free return policy. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed twice, leading me to pick it up from a location. The laptop was faulty, unable to power on. Returning it required a one-hour drive to a UPS point at my expense. Despite UPS confirming the timely delivery, the refund process was prolonged, and I received less than the full repayment. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Great service, fast and a great product at a very reasonable price.

The equipment was just as it was displayed on the website also the delivery was done excellently. I will always recommend Techno Systems to anyone who wants to purchase a xomouter of any sort.

fast shipping

Using techno systems second time. Super fast service. Recommended

Nice experience. I bought an used laptop in very good condition and it arrived as described. The item has been shipped very fast, the same day of the order.

Clear descriptions on website, accurate description of model eventually purchased, great price compared to RRP, quick delivery.

Excellent follow-up in dealing with a faulty product!

AN AMAZING TECH COMPANY!

I was very nervous about posting my HP Probook for repair, however, from start to finish the customer care was the best I think I have ever experienced.

My laptop was couriered back within days fully repaired and can not recommend this company more.

Very quick delivery, product looks new and works well. Would buy again for sure

Great support via the WhatsApp help. Was very simple to order additional memory. Laptop arrived next day and works great. The only way you could tell it's second hand is the slight wear (shine) on some of the keys but all lenovos do this very quickly.

Good communication over email, that helped clarify the specification and price. Highly responsive and great DPD next day delivery. The laptop is as described, a great spec for price and will see me right for some considerable time!
