Unreliable, AVOID!

Bought materials for £170 and been waiting for over a week for delivery. No updates, no communication. After struggle to reach them they told me they have left it to the neighbours. I asked to send the confirmation and turns out the address they delivered is completely different and nowhere near the correct one. After that not responding to emails or phone calls.

Worst company out there

Worst company out there, pretty sure the entire thing is a scam,
Paid extra for next day delivery, nothing has shown up in over 4 days,
You call them, they don’t answer,
You chat online you get jibberish back,
I’ve requested a refund pretty sure I won’t get it. £250 wasted
Stay clear of this company they’re a scam

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless; said order was being dispatched but was never sent and when I queried what was going on got no reply and just sent refund with no explanation whatsoever! Would have been zero stars if I could have given it

Description misleading and against…

Description misleading and against trading standards advert said 5*20 1112. Actually there were 5*18 and no where near 1112 in total. Lesson learned to question descriptions. I could of bought twice as much dishwasher tablets for that from a retailer.
