Terrible and never respond to the email after receiving payment.

June 28, 2025 on I have purchased 'Office 365 Professional Plus Lifetime' for life time, Order #28757 and I got a message saying, I have to active else my Office will be deactivated even though I have purchased for life time. I have contacted customer care and they said, Microsoft has changed the terms and conditions and now it is not life time and they have suggested to purchase the 'Office 2024 Professional Plus License Key-Lifetime × 1'

23-June-2026: I purchased 'Office 2024 Professional Plus License Key-Lifetime × 1' , Order #29571 and as installation steps not clear and I send multiple emails and didn't get single response till now. This means, after the payment the will not respond.

They don't have any phone number to be contacted and not chat as well. Now I am struct after paying. I suggest don't purchase from this people. It is SCAM alert.

Fraud. Beware
it will work for few months then stops. No way to reach them
you can check that there is no phone or mobile number mentioned anywhere so they take money and vanish

Terrible after sales customer service. Expect no response once they have got the money from the customer.

Purchased a "LifeTime" license from them. It has stopped working suddenly. Have been trying to contact TechKinect via emails and the chat on their website. Absolutely no response from them.

Their website mentions that they are short on man power to deal with customer support and queries via chat will take a "few" minutes to respond. Well, it has been more than "few" hours and there is still no response from them.
("Mum's the word" I guess !)

Would not recommend them ever.

Its a fraud website. Do not be lured by cheap prices of software. Payment will be deducted from your bank and He will not respond. Do not trust fake reviews and responses of the site owner.

SCAM. Will not respond after you make payment. Do not fall into prey of his offers of cheap softwares.

I purchased office 2021 pro because the office 365 purchase from techkinect was removed by Microsoft asking verification phone number for login with my reset password which was correct. You are selling organisation or educational key with your own extension mail.No problem but you shouldn't stop replying. I will give poor reviews everywhere.
