First-Time Small Business Owner

Getting business insurance for the first time can be daunting, overwhelming, and other kinds of emotions, especially when you don't know how to categorize the consulting you do as it doesn't fit in a neat box. I had a lot of questions about the different types of coverage and policies. Holly was patient through them all and kindly walked me through the types to help me decide on what I needed and the level of coverage.

Phenomenal service

Really simple, and easy to use interface and process. Interactions with actual people vs. artificial intelligence is a nice touch and rare to encounter anymore. Flawless experience.

Holly Burton was excellent

Holly Burton was excellent. She communicated often. She navigated a very complex set of coverage requirements and was able to get me covered at a reasonable price, with a top-quality organization, and very quickly!

BEWARE U have to pay agent commission

The BS of having to pay the agent directly is a slap in the face, The insurer should pay the agent not the client.

Teamwork and Customer Satisfaction First

I began working with Kim on my original quote. But she was out of office the next day. Holly filled in for her and made sure everything was completed, even after hours. I have used your services in the past. This is one of the reasons that I came back.
