Misserabler Kundenservice. Keine Erreichbarkeit! Unterridisch schlechte Qualitat. Shirts gingen nach einem mal tragen kaputt. Igendwann kam ein Rücksendelabel und nun die Nachricht, dass die Rücksendung ungültig ist und ins Leere lief. Ich bleibe auf den Kosten sitzen und habe nicht mal mehr die Ware! Ich würde jedem empfehlen, hier nicht zu bestellen! Anwalt und Verbraucherschutz ist informiert. Geht lieber zu seriösen Händlern oder bestellt direkt beim Hersteller.

Very bad experience. I purchased 3 vouchers from them during boxing day sale, their typical policy is to issue vouchers for 12 months, but in this case they issued it for 6 months. For various reasons, I couldn't use the vouchers within the time limit, and reached out to their customer support checking if they would be kind enough to extend voucher expiry date as there are still 2 days left. Customer service agent kept me waiting for almost 20 minutes stating that he is trying to reach out to the manager for a feedback. When I chased again, he came back with standard response that their policy is to extend the vouchers with an additional fee of £5.75 per voucher. He asked me to come back when the vouchers have expired and they would then be able to help by extending the vouchers with this additional fee. I paid about £75 originally and need to pay another £18 to extend the voucher, such a hassle. In the world of when businesses are fighting to retain customers this is a such a pathetic experience. They shall rather look into their policies. Foremost, if this is what their policy is then why to keep customer waiting for 20 mins before stating the same thing.

Ik zocht een afdekzeil voor de zandbak, samen besteld met elastiek koord en kunststof knopen. Super snel verzonden en nergens zo goedkoop als hier, kwaliteit is prima!

My daughter bought what she thought was a set of jumps from this company. The picture showed 2 jumps and the description stated OBSTACLES. (Plural) Yet there was only 1 jump in the set. As we had paid for 2 x the set thinking 4 jumps we were surprised when we could only make 2, I messaged the company took pictures as very hard to work out as no instructions all items just thrown in a box (1 piece broken) and they then told me 1 x set only makes 1 jump. They shouldn't advertise it like it is! Very misleading and yes they give a list of items but I wouldn't know what makes up 1 jump until I recieved and without instruction worked out what each item did!

Be careful, we were also scammed by Teamsportbedarf.nl / Teamsport.com. Our prepaid order was never delivered to us. These scammers from Teamsportbedarf.nl / Teamsport.com claim that the courier company dropped the package at our door, but this is not true at all. By the way, we did not give permission for this at all. Judging by the many negative reviews (72% give only 1 star), we are certainly not the only ones. Teamsportbedarf.nl / Teamsport.com are scammers, avoid this company and never order here! Tell and share this frequently to protect future victims.

Eerst gevraagd of een product, snelheidsmeter, geschikt was voor gebruik bij hockey. Kreeg ik snel een antwoord dat ze dachten van wel maar dat ik het 30 dagen mocht proberen. Product werd snel bezorgd. Helaas op een gegeven moment werkte het niet meer, dat per mail gemeld en ook weer gelijk aardige reactie, excuses en wat ik zou willen, de nieuwe meter werd gelijk opgestuurd, nog voordat ik de defecte heb teruggestuurd, topservice, snel en persoonlijk!

Tevreden. Pakketje is in prima tijd in goede orde aangekomen.

There is no information on shipping and delivery times anywhere on there website. A huge redflag that should make anyone weary. I searched on google for info but nothing. Instead I found these reviews and glad I did. Saved me the stress of another horrible online experience. I did not end up making a purchase on this website, my rating is purely based on there lack of transparency by purposely with holding shipping and delivery times. Not everyone wants to wait weeks to get what they paid for, especially if they weren't aware of the possible delays or slow delivery service. Customers would rather shop elsewhere and save time. It seems this website are relying on customers to just buy without thinking about this part of the purchase. If you buy without checking for delivery times first, oh well, your know for next time.
