They sent me an email saying my hat was out of stock said they would refund me and it showed up in my bank and then it got zeroed out I will never order from this company again

Delivery time is too slow
Never use this site...i finally received my order after nearly two months of waiting. It was the wrong color and the wrong size. They sent me a female size. They have zero customer service. This site is horrible and I will never use it again.

I haven't received my order yet and have been waiting about 3 weeks. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service address with no response and messaged their page on Facebook also - no response received at all. Very annoyed.

I haven’t recieved my order in over 3…
I haven’t recieved my order in over 3 weeks. I tried the telephone numbers and none of them are correct and the emails are unresponsive... I feel like it was a scam!
Update Dec.19,2019- after waiting over a month for my package to arrive, it’s terribly poor quality and I ordered a Small and recieved a large... will never order from here again... BuyerBeware!
