I apologize, Nicholas. As I said in the email I sent you, that welding hood was shipped directly from the manufacturer and they had some new hires in shipping that did not understand the helmet and headgear must be assembled before shipping and only sent the headgear. The lens comes free with your order of the hood. The Hood you ordered will get to you shortly. I am sorry for the inconvenience and confusion. Hope you have a great day.

Asides from slow shipping

Asides from slow shipping, which honestly could have been my selection, the company seems to be straight shooters. I'm sure I'll be using them for future purchases.

thanks for the free stuff

Bought their last auto dark filter in stock and they "accidentally" gave me the extra accessories package that includes the back side clear lens covers and extra batteries, worth about $10 extra. I would've bought the other stuff myself if I had known they had them

Super impressed with how easy the site…

Super impressed with how easy the site is to navigate and also how fast I received the product. Box was a little damaged upon recieving but contents inside were fine. Only thing I'd recommend would be put a little more bubble wrap around contents inside the box. Postal service has a tendency to yeet the package during transportation.

Absolutely Loved

Received the package a lot sooner than I expected. The website was extremely easy to navigate through. Overall a great experience and would definitely order from here again!
