Teach Sunday School exists to help individuals, families, and churches grow in biblical understanding through thoughtfully designed faith-based learning resources. We create Bible studies, Scripture cards, journals, and educational tools that are meant to be practical, approachable, and easy to use in everyday life. We are a small, independent business with a mission-driven focus. Every product we offer is created in-house with care, prayer, and a deep respect for Scripture. Our resources are used by parents, teachers, small groups, and individuals across the United States and beyond who are looking for meaningful ways to study and apply the Bible. Most of our orders are fulfilled digitally or shipped directly to customers, and while the majority of orders are completed smoothly, we recognize that issues can occasionally arise — including delivery delays, confusion about digital versus physical products, or unmet expectations. When that happens, we genuinely want to make things right. Feedback from customers helps us improve our communication, processes, and products, and we take it seriously. Customer support is handled by a small team, not an automated system, and we aim to respond as promptly and personally as possible. We are continually refining our product descriptions, fulfillment timelines, and post-purchase communication to ensure customers know exactly what to expect. You have still not sent the number that I ordered and PAID for. I ordered 3 for boys and 2 for girls! I only received 2 for boys and 2 for girls! I need you to send another boys set. And I don’t really care about a free surprise gift, but you did say you were sending it and it did not come in the box either.

I have already sent a request for a follow up because the item was never delivered. I sent back all the information and the receipt that I got that it was delivered someplace in Cleveland to a post office. You were supposed to be checking up on it and let me know.
