Easy to interface with students and prospective students

Very easy to find students to coach. And the booking/scheduling process is very smooth on TeachMe. The support team is very kind, and very fast responsive.

This is my first confirmed client booking so this was a great experience for me. This is the beginning to my future and I am glad I can start inspiring the world to be the best basketball players they can be.

They communicate well and market great. They are great at finding new clients in the area you’re in even if there isn’t much around. They do take 1/3 of my lesson cost which I hope was closer to $10-15 per lesson instead of $25 but i understand it’s a business we’re a team and they do so much other productive helpful sources such as finding new students it’s hard to say anything negative about an extremely well run oiled machine. I would recommend this app to any coach trying to get started in their area if they are no big clubs around and even if there is mine as well use it! Everyone is also very friendly and helpful I’m impressed.

Teach me is a wonderful platform for pickleball coaches and students. They do a great job getting both of them meet and help enrich talent.

Great experience! They helped me find a great tennis coach for my 9yr old! Customer service is stellar and the coaches are phenomenal!

Do not sign up with them!
The coach was not able to find a free tennis court for a lesson.
Now they charge me every month. They do not tell you that they charge you every month after the free lesson.
I reached out to customer service and never got response. Now they charged me again.
Terrible company scam

They are scammers. charged my credit card over $500 for a free pickleball lesson. The coach shed up an hour late and did not give the lesson teach me to would not refund my money saying i have a credit for 1 yr. They could not get me another coach. I said I need the lessons now not in a year. they said they understand but will not refund. Litigation is pending and regulatory agencies are interested.

I was skeptical of another app when my wife suggested it but TeachMe.To has well exceeded my expectations. We have used the same coach for my son’s baseball practice and Coach Peter has been phenomenal. My son’s skills and confidence has exploded. The app has a bit of a learning curve but customer service is extremely attentive and very quick responses to help with any confusion I had.

Company is completely unethical. Signed me up for automatic monthly payments without my knowledge. App forces you to jump through MANY hoops, just in indicate you had a lesson so instructor can get paid. Did like that so I used the 4 lessons I paid for (because you MUST pay for at least 4 lessons) then cancelled the rest. Credit card was automatically charged for 4 more lessons the next month and they refuse to refund that money.

I’m being generous when I give the company a 1 star. The company indicated that I can change coach. This process was horrendous - so many hidden costs and then being told that I have to pay for the court fees and so pay extra cost. As a Canadian, the extra costs and reduction of number of lessons from what was promised results in coaching costs that far exceed the local cost. I had a great coach in Eugene but the company is a sham - nothing is up front. I didn’t even want to finish out my lessons with them so I just donated my remaining balance to them in order to avoid the back and forth.

Have a decent offering of coaches. However, I had a good experience in customer service. I had trouble scheduling with one of my coaches, but the customer support let me switch coaches very easily.

First lesson with Coach T was great He loves pickleball and coaching others and it showed. After 4 years not playing, it was back to the basics. What I liked about this lesson was that while he taught me the fundamentals for each shot, he explained positioning so I could better understand the synergy between playing and communicating with a potential partner. He’s laidback which helped me relax immediately. Looking forward to the next lesson.
