TDS Removals Arvostelua

Peter and Alex was extremely helpful and kind. I would recommended them a thousand times!

TDS was professional and kept me informed the whole time that they were collecting my two sofas. The two men were both polite and worked hard. They were very helpful to the pensioners that they picked up my sofas from helping them move furniture. I highly recommend the company

Very professional team and satisfied with their service. Reccomend them.

Leonardo and Octavian did a fanatic job. They finished faster than planned and were extremely kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend and book again! :)

This our 2nd time using TDS removal and they always do a fantastic job! Sebastian and his time were quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Would highly reccomend any one looking to move should go to TDS removal!

Stellar experience with Silvio and Ionut who were excellent handling our home move with care. They even arrived early and waited on our road until we were ready. They loaded the van with care and efficiency and had us on the road swiftly with all our furniture and belongings carefully secured. Unloading was just as efficient and we were in our new home in time for lunch! They dealt with disassembly and reassembly professionally and were polite, calm and respectful through the whole process. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who was moving home in London.

Octavian and Leo were super prompt, very efficient and got the job done in less time than we needed. They were super flexible and had all the extras to keep our stuff safe! Would highly recommend this moving company!

Alex and Florin did a really great job for our removal. All went smoothly and faster than expected, thanks to their commitment and their skills. I highly recommend, especially regarding the cost for a removal on a Saturday.

Alex and Florin were very efficient and nice. The moving was super easy thanks to them, everything was as scheduled and even beyond our expectations. I highly recommend, especially regarding the price, the speed and the fact that it was a Saturday.

The team was really helpful, quick, and efficient with the move. Would absolutely recommend!
Thank you to Octavian and Leonard!!

Overall really good. On time, friendly, and were very effective.

Alex and Florian were very efficient and friendly, they took excellent care of my belongings and made the move stress free. It helps if you include everything on your packing list. They were even early!

Excellent service!! Muy bien, very efficient and professional. Recommended

A brilliant job by Octavian and his team. Well done. Very happy customer. Very professional.

Wow! What a dream team. I knew I was in safe hands as soon Adrian, Alex and Petronel arrived. They made my moving experience stress free from start to finish. I would highly recommend TDS Removals.

Hired them last minute to help with a move. We’re on time, professional, and helped with extra packing bits. Would definitely recommend!

We have used TDS Removals for our home move today. Frim the point of first contact to the end, team has been trustworthy. They are absolutely amazing and hard working.

Great service start to finish. We didn't know when we'd be moving and they were able to accommodate us at short notice. Really efficient, professional and fast on the day. A pleasure to work with

Do NOT use this company. I was initially very satisfied with their services. They communicated effectively, priced competitively and went above and beyond to help on the day. However, unfortunately a brand new mattress costing several thousand pounds got wet in storage / on the move to our new house and went very mouldy. They also lost three of our items in the move. They are refusing to accept responsibility for the mouldy mattress, and their insurers are also claiming that any mould / mildew is excluded from their insurance policy. Their defence to the lost items was unbelievably ‘we can’t find them therefore we can’t have lost them’. Their terms and conditions also exclude liability for any mould and mildew, amongst a list of other things. (I’m not sure given they both damaged and lost our items what they would accept any responsibility for!). When they arrived at our new house they also charged us extra to cover the carpets so they didn’t get damaged by their muddy shoes as they came in and out, but this was never mentioned previously and we were left with no choice but to pay another lump of cash on the day. Overall, if everything goes well this company would have been good but if there are any issues then do not expect them to accept responsibility or assist to rectify the issues so you will be covering the cost of any damage yourselves. We are now several thousand pounds out of pocket.

Octavian and team were incredible! They were so quick, careful, polite and kind. Excellent service.
