Order recieved even at blockade time

Bought a Yugioh - limit-over collection (Hero& Rivals), at a competitive price

Received my order in a perfect condition even through the Hormuz strait situation (located in the ME), with package tracking info too.

and the customer service was friendly and full of care regarding the delivery assurance.

Great Experience w/ Pokémon Card Purchase

Bought a Pokémon card on here for a great price compared to other platforms. Received updates via email regarding tracking and shipment info. Item came on time (I think even a bit earlier?) and was packaged extremely well/with care. The card was bubble wrapped, in a card saver, and packaged in it's own separate box. Condition of the card is Near Mint, as described. Will be purchasing from TCG Hobby again. Thank you so much!

Il pacco è arrivato integro e perfettamente sigillato
Metto 4 stelle perché nonostante abbia pagato 30 euro di spedizione il pacco non è arrivato entro i giorni designati (6-8 giorni lavorativi) ed in più ho dovuto pagare 22 euro di spese doganali....non penso acquisterò di nuovo, troppe spese

We’re glad to hear that your package arrived in good condition and was properly sealed.
To clarify your concerns: your order was shipped within 2 business days after payment, and EMS was the shipping method selected at checkout. After reviewing the shipment, the delivery delay was caused by the courier and customs processing, which is unfortunately outside of our control (you can check this on the tracking history).
Regarding customs fees, please note that our charges include only the product cost and shipping fee. In this case, customs fees were not included.
We truly appreciate your understanding and thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Helped me find rare cards, excellent customer service.

TCGHOBBY helped me find rare cards in Simplified Chinese which I had been unable to find anywhere else with international shipping. They responded quickly to all of my requests, listed the cards on their website as they found them, and communicated clearly throughout about despatch times. Their internationally-shipped parcel arrived quickly, with everything well packaged. What more could I ask for? Thanks!
