TCG Trading UK LTD Arvostelua 

Sold pre-orders and then I was notified that my order was cancelled and refunded a week before release.

That was around 6 weeks ago and after some weak correspondence and TCG Cards offering 'proof of refund', the trader went silent. I have got my bank involved to get the money back and will likely report fraud.

Company are crooks and should be avoided at all costs. Wish I could give a 0* review on TrustPilot.

Happy to take my money on a pre-order in July. Order refunded email came through which I’m still waiting for a month later. Had to get the bank involved after several emails have not been answered.

Doubtful that they’re trading anymore. Avoid.

Ordered a Pokemon card product which they said was in stock. I was then emailed saying it was no longer in stock and have been refunded. I am still waiting on the refund 6 weeks later!!! do not use this company! Rubbish customer service as well blaming it on my bank when it has nothing to do with them. They have offered to prove receipt of refund which i have requested twice now and still not recieved!!

Such a pathetic "company", rather than robbing people of their money try and get a real job. They cancelled my order and supposedly was going to give me a refund, had to contact my bank as I waited 3 weeks and tried to contact them. Dont ever trust this "company" the only way they can pay the bills and provide for their family is from scamming people who put trust into their website. Absolutely disgraceful

Do not go anywhere near these lot. Their director has done one on the company and they lie via email about refunds and orders.

Damo Bowland has quite clearly tried to pull a fast one. I'd avoid his other company TCG DISPLAYS LTD (13269146) too.

Celebrations was ordered then refunded, I have still not received any refund!! They have stopped replying to my emails. But they still trade? That’s day light robbery. If a company owes customers money then refunds should be done before any more trades. I’ve got to go through my bank now to get my money back. They state online they are not longer selling sealed products. Good I say if you can’t fulfil refunds then I suggest you stop trading altogether.

Firstly never deal with this company, I promise you, you will regret it.

There's a terrible Discord server that's managed by the dumbest of people... they clearly have never used the platform before. They don't understand how to deal with customers and he doesn't have the stock to sell.

The "Owner" Damo is just incompetent. Has zero idea on running a business it's almost comical. Pretends to be a bit of a victim but I heard from various people he's conducting some sort of tax evasion scam. Trying to import his stock from some shifty country. HMRC really should take a look at his books if there are any.

As for Steph, she pretends to be all nice but saw right through her on day 1, she's just as bad as he is fair play, very devious. They don't respond on work days but moan when you ask for updates on a weekend haha both made up this ludicrous story about all this hate against them. It's clearly justified as you're ripping people off and not refunding the money. Hopefully it gets worse for them the more they do this :)

Rest of the people in their either have their tongue so far up his a**e or are just desperate to get their order which is just grim all round. But don't worry, there will always be a wicked crap graded card up for Razz guys, best get in quick...

Luckily I got my stock elsewhere and my bank was able to get my refund for me so I'm happy that none of my money went to these scumbags in the end.

Exact same thing has happened to us, Steph apparently sent me photos of proof of refund when I took these to the bank the 23 digit number that is needed to trace these so called refunds is missing, so now had to fill out loads of forms to get money back. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!!!

I had been scammed by this website like 8 months ago and ever since than I've never used this website, but recently I came across this websites trustpilot and its sad to see that this website is still operating and has scammed even more people recently.

Please go and report this website and they will be shut down and fined by GOV.uk under "Complain about a limited company"

If you are reading this and still hoping you’ll get a refund it’s not happening. Contact your bank for a chargeback immediately before you reach the six month deadline since your order.

The owner of this company is a known scam artist - check the other reviews. Thankfully all of the evidence provided here will ensure he never trades under another legitimate company again. Damo, if you’re reading this, your scamming days are over and multiple complaints have been filed by myself and various other individuals to trading standards.

Just getting ignored by staff now, no updates provided on anyone's new invoice after they cancelled everyone's order and just feeling fobbed off. Shamefully for them i feel obligated to advise to avoid such a bad customer service. They don't seem to care about any single one of their loyal or new customers.

Update one hour after writing this i have now been removed from the Discord group. I now have no means of updates on my order and have since requested to raise a formal complaint. I will track the progress here for all future customers to be aware of.

A day after writing this still haven't been acknowledged and the only worker I'm able to contact, tells me she's voluntary and not her problem.
I'm disgusted so far, let's see how this evolves...

Days later and I've lodged an official complaint with no acknowledgement. The countdown is on until further action will be taken... Watch this space...

TOTALLY FRAUDULENT GOT MONEY BACK THROUGH MY BANK.

I too pre-ordered Pokemon celebration and the same happened to me as everyone else. I managed to get my money back by asking my bank to do a charge back. Hopefully this might help others who have been conned by these scumbags

Just like everyone else. I preordered celebrations Elite boxes.

Received notifications to say that it was cancelled. 1st email I said where's my money in 2 hours they responded saying typical 3-5 working days but can take 10.

11 working days later nothing. They then said (now 4 days after a follow up email)

"Morning the office aren’t sure what’s going on with refunds some people have had there refunds and some are still waiting all refunds where processed on the same day and show as successful and approved from tcg I can send you over proof of refund if you like and you could also provide it to your bank. The office have said they are happy for you to do a charge back via the bank to get your funds quicker as it won’t effect them with them having already processed the refund. A few people in the tcg discord have done this and got there funds back in to there account the same day"

Not sure why they didn't send me the documents immediately because I'm now on a further 5 days with no response.

That being said, that's not how it works. Who ever their provider is that happens the transactions would be able to confirm if a transaction has been confirmed or not and then provide a number to take to the bank which they clearly haven't done and just said they did it. Happening to so many people clearly shows that.

Now I have to do all this paper work for barclays because they have stolen everyone's money with the response of "oops".

Total scam company. Stay away!

Purchased Pokémon celebrations preorder. However never received and had to open a dispute with my bank to get my refund back. Website closed and a discord chat channel to get there products. It was very shady and looks like only certain people actually received new invoices. Very unfair and wrong business practices

On September 26th I placed an order for 2 x Celebrations Ultra Premium Collections. My order was paid for and confirmed.

On September 29th my order was cancelled, the email said this was at my request (I did not request this) and that a refund would be issued. It was not.

During this interim I was unable to access the website as it was down and I had still not received a refund.

On October 7th I sent an email to "admin @ tcgcards.co.uk" the sites listed email for all enquiries, with the following:

"Good afternoon,

I placed an order (ORDER #6238) on the 26th September for 2 x Pokemon 25th Anniversary Celebrations Ultra Premium Collection Boxes (£304.90)

On the 29th September my order was cancelled, The email said “at my request” even though I did not request this.
I still haven’t received my refund of £304.90 either, 8 days after the cancellation.
Could you please give me an update or some clarification on what’s going on. Thank you.

On October 9th I had still not received a reply or refund so I emailed the following to the sites contact (STEPH @ tcgcards.co.uk) which was listed on the splash screen when the site was down:

Good Afternoon,

I just tried visiting your site and saw the message you've put out. I hope you guys are okay.
PSB the email that I sent to your admin account last Thursday.
I am yet to receive a reply or a refund. could you please provide some clarification as this was quite a large order.

On October 14th I had still not received a reply or refund. I called the number which was listed on the sites splash screen when it went down. This claimed to be for "urgent enquiries". The person who answered was not affiliated with the company, he explained that he had been receiving calls as his number was leaked on the site wrongfully, the people running the site are known scammers and the site is not authentic.

Since this has been going on the site has now been active, sending promotional emails (while ignoring mine) and has been using a tagline "TCG Cards UK - is now no longer affiliated with TCG Trading UK LTD"

If I continue to be ignored and haven't received my refund I will be contacting my bank to issue a chargeback, BinderPOS to make them aware a scam site is using their platform to operate and will be opening an investigation with Action Fraud UK (National Crime Agency) with all my emails, screenshots, contacts, bank statements etc.

order cancelled at last minute after waiting months, fake screen shots sent, told 10 days but nothing and I’m sure that not a single person has got a refund. Then kept stock he used our money to buy hiked prices up and trying to sell on another platform. Soon to be seen on can’t pay we will take it away county court judgment. If any one needs his details please contact me .

Fraudster. Major scam artist. Will allow you to order items that he doesn’t have and will never have. Will not refund you and when chased for money will supply fake screenshots “proving” refund. Had to contacting bank and fraud team to reclaim money. Has several fake websites and shouldn’t be trusted. Pretty sure there’s a class action lawsuit going to happen.

Fraudster. Took everyone’s money and ran. Then fraudulently ‘signed over’ the company without the new ‘owners’ consent. Shared the victim’s address and telephone number online without consent. I hope the police are investigating this level of scam.

Terrible experience. Echoing the other comments here - I’ve had to get my bank to get involved and reverse the payments I made for celebrations pre-orders. Clearly they’ve done a runner with the money and I suspect a fraud case will be raised against them.

Avoid at all costs. Owner appears to have just cut and run with the money for the Celebrations pre orders. Lied about refunding us all several weeks ago and all emails are being ignored. The owner is asking for a jail sentence with what he has done here.
