Michael Ezimoha set up an LPA and a Will and it was a great service. I’m getting older and needed to put my affairs in place and he gave me comfort and peace of mind whilst dealing with this. Life get harder as you get older and having a local trusted company deal with your affairs makes it easy to navigate.

Charging for free will
I made the appointment for a free will via British Heart Foundation, getting details of Thos Boyd Whyte from their list. I was charged £360 and was told that the free will association only gave solicitor £60 and wills normally £420 so he took £60 off.
Michael informed me it was because I had a property but I already had a will and just wanted an address changed.
I will never recommend these solicitors

Free Will schemes offered through charities apply only where instructions fall within the scope of the scheme. Where instructions go beyond this — for example, where a client requires a trust, or where the changes required necessitate a full re-draft rather than a simple amendment — this falls outside the scheme. In such circumstances, fees are discussed and agreed in advance before any work is carried out.
