Please make your app And website more user-friendly

I don’t like the app or the website anymore either because it’s Now much more difficult for me to access what I would like to Watch then it used to be. It needs to be more user-friendly.
not too long ago, I tried to find a specific episode of a program that I wanted to watch because It was something I wanted to watch and I Wasn’t able to view it when it aired and I couldn’t find it

My experience was great

My experience was great. I was treated with total respect and and a heart that truly wanted me to help me in all ways. Such as, making sure I had a questions and how I was doing with my equipment and how it felt and if I had any questions. They truly care
