Was basically the first person in Canada to order 1989 merch still have not received it, everytime I check the tracking number on shipping it says it's being delivered today but never shows up! And shipping was just as over priced as the as the merch.100% they are sending it through the cheapest means possible and keeping the difference because it should not take this long to get my items. reputation will be out before I get my merch. If you want quality merch go buy from etsy sellers people over there make quality stuff and buy your vinyl/cds from your local record stores because Taylor Swift stores are the worst always. If they think it's not their problem because it's been shipped well i got news for them it is their problem until I get in my hands. 0 stars for everyone involved with the Taylor Swift store.

Absolutely shocking - cd arrived broken and no action taken by customer support team. Still waiting for a t-shirt ordered in June it's now November!!! And no one you can speak to just an email address that they hide behind. My daughter is very upset and I am much poorer both financially and in time having to chase up!

Ordered three items of clothing on 1 July as birthday gifts, the birthday in question being on the 13th. At the time of ordering, all three items were said to be in stock and available for delivery within a few days. I then received an email the following week letting me know that one of the three items was not actually in stock and this would now delay dispatch of the whole order until late August. I emailed to question why the items in stock could not be sent, especially when I had paid for postage despite spending more than £150, and simply received the reply ‘thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.’

The order has since been pushed back a further four times due to availability of this one item; it’s now four months since I paid, two items have been in stock all along and nothing has been sent. The most recent date I was given for fulfilment of the order was 13 October; when this passed with no update or any sign of dispatch, I emailed again and this time was told there is now no estimated date at all for when the item will be in stock and everything can be sent. When I again pushed for the items in stock to be dispatched, I was told this was not possible but was given a refund of my delivery charge - has this not cost them exactly the same as just sending the items that are in stock?!

Absolutely farcical to keep refusing to send items that are available because of one that is not, especially when there is no estimated date at all for this to come into stock. Worse still when this business sells items primarily targeted at children and they know that failure to fulfil orders is leading to disappointment.

Ordered a t-shirt for the Eras Tour which took a couple of days to ship and the quality is amazing

What an overall terrible experience ! Not wasting anymore of my time trying to explain how bad this store is. Find merch else where this is really not worth your time or money.

Horrible customer service! Bought a hoodie for my daughter at the eras concert. It’s not available online. Half of the back image came off after the first wash. Been waiting about a month and a half now for a shipping label to send it back for replacement. Now I’m scared to even send it back if we get the shipping label because I don’t think we will ever get the new one. That would only cause more tears!! So ridiculous!

Beware this website-they are taking advantage of this singers popularity. Place orders with expected ship dates that are off by MONTHS, no communication about updated ship dates-then months later cancels-MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS TO CONFIRM THEY REFUND WHAT THEY CANCEL. Dishonest from the beginning-no doubt site would have shut down if it weren't for the popularity of this artist-SHE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS-This is one of the most deceptive shady businesses that I have ever dealt with.

They don't respond to emails, I have tried a couple of times with nothing. I still haven't received my item that was supposed to ship 2 weeks ago but ordered over a month ago. I would never recommend anyone buy from this store. NOT worth it. I did file a claim with BBB and plan to dispute the charge on my credit card if needed.

Standard emails have now stopped, with weak apologies. They are now stating that the product even though ordered on the 4th July will be with them on 28 August almost two months late. Trading standards have welcomed my emails and provided guidance on next steps. At no point was a delay of 2 months mentioned. Do not order unless expect a long long wait. Still not convinced that I will get my order.

One star is still too many.
Where to begin, the lack of communication, or even options to contact a member of the team is horrific.
They don’t reply to any emails so don’t even bother trying to get a refund and just accept you have lost your money.

I will never ever recommend anyone to buy from this store, it’s best to order Taylor merch from Etsy from genuine sellers.

I’m actually so disappointed in how the Canadian store has conducted themselves on a recent $700 purchase I made. After multiple emails asking for assistance they have not responded. Absolutely wonderful being an international swiftie and trying to support Tay buy purchasing merch, but being fobbed off by the CA store + paying a fortune for merch cause you can’t get it in Australia. Don’t expect any customer service from these guys, they’re shocking.

Horrible horrible company. I have no idea why she would choose this company to sell her merch! I don't receive half of the things I order and when I do they arrive damaged. You contact customer service and they take weeks to respond and when they do they tell you that they're going to correct the issue and of course I never receive the replacement and all they do is refund you. These items cannot be repurchased there hand signatures and sweatshirts that are no longer on the site. This is a horrible way to treat a fan somebody who's buying these for collection purposes or somebody who has never owned a hand signature. And the resolution takes months! They just end up refunding you and you're left with nothing after trying to resolve something for months it's horrible I'm scared to order anything else. I'd love to go in there and order some more sweatshirts but I don't even know if I'll receive them or if they're going to come with stains and holes again. 113576013487 order and 280355422849 are two orders that I'm currently taking them to the Better Business bureau over because they lied and told me they were sending a replacement and never did. Then they just go and refund me when I bring it to their attention. This is not how you handle business you do not lie to customers it's not okay!

UK store is awful! I almost never received a gift for my kid, I preorder and realised that parcel is not coming after 3 months.
I send 15th email even you can't reach UK customers service at all!
Luckily I paid tracking shipping ( I had a proof) but never received a no.
After 3 months from nowhere gift came...

Basically scammed me on my order.

They also respond to customer service on business days only and they take at least 72 hours to respond.

Honestly horrible.

I've had maybe 20 emails back and forth with them. They completely ignored my questions.
I'm reporting them to my bank, it's not legal.

ordered mercy in late Nov for Christmas gifts and it’s now saying it will ship at end of January

One star is too many! Ordered my daughter the midnights vinyl and sweater in November for Christmas. They took my money no problem, but never sent an order confirmation. Logged into the account it says order not processed. Finally sent an email last week and they said I should receive a shipping confirmation by next day. Been a week and it’s still not processed. I finally contacted my credit card company and they deemed it a scam and reimbursed me. Don’t order from here!

Wish I could rate 0 stars! Pre-ordered the midnights album on Sept 5th have not received anything from them. Emailing this company is useless kept getting automated responses that my package was “delivered”. I tracked it back to their warehouse in Ontario! Filed a complaint with the BBB. Do NOT order from this company!

I had time to fight with them for 2 weeks, open a credit card dispute. Order the same record from Amazon. I literally had the record from Amazon, and had wrapped it for a birthday gift before this site even replied to me with a generic response. My CC company gave me the money back.

if i could rate this store with 0 stars then i absolutely would.
i preordered the four midnights vinyls before the album released and when i received them three of them were damaged. i sent an email with pictures of the damages requesting a refund or replacement and heard nothing back, so i sent a follow up email, which i received the response ‘due to a technical error you may or may not have received a response from us’ which i replied to saying that i still need assistance. i then received the dismissive ‘we are looking into this for you’ email. after another week of no response i sent a fresh email showing the back and forward email thread i had with them and images of the damaged vinyls asking once again for a refund otherwise i’d be opening a dispute with paypal. i again received the ‘we have had huge volumes of emails please let us know if you still need assistance’ which i clearly do and i don’t understand why they are incapable of looking back on my past email threads and seeing i’ve had no help since i initially emailed over a month ago. i still have not had this issue resolved and will probably have to escalate it to paypal, as i am sick of the same automated responses i keep receiving. i definitely advise avoiding this store at all costs.
