They were very helpful with some specific requests to ensure disability equipment could be in place on the day of the move. They constantly chased and prompted a less efficient solicitor further along the chain to ensure everything stayed on track. It would have been helpful to have had a short briefing session early on to explain what would happen when/at what intervals.
