I was having an unusual problem with Quickbooks and getting nowhere with the Intuit or the Quickbooks Community Blog. When I contacted Taxusa about my issue, Jack jumped right in and gave me very concise things to try to fix the problem and it worked. Highly recommend Taxusa and their support time
I emailed their support with pre-sales questions and received extremely prompt responses from "Jack".
Jack, over the course of several emails was able to answer all of my questions and I purchased the product.
After download and installation I encountered a registration issue which Jack resolved very quickly and I'm successfully using the product I purchased from TaxUsa.
I would highly recommend them.
They are Legit. I was very skeptical at first, but the quick chat responses helped.
Desktop works fine and glad we did it.
Also, Jack was very helpful with the installation process. Would buy again!
The software works flawlessly, the keys are valid and allows my network to run efficiently for multiple users, and their tech support is phenomenal. Had an issue with my server running the QBooks database manager, and they helped me get it corrected and running, These guys are awesome
I purchased the software and the support I needed was fantastic. I highly recommend.
I made a purchase of a software to upgrade my business. They not only sold it to me, but helped extensively to set it up and get me going. I got responds from them via email and even used the chat option for solutions. Both were timely responds and very helpful!! 5 stars all around for this trustworthy company!!
