Bilen har en stor betydelse för kunden och Taxi Stockholm samt taxi chaufförerna har lyckats väl med att välja rätta komfortabla bilar för service åkande.
Jag kan tänka mig att taxichaufförerna får för lite betalt och borde få fler förmåner av Taxi Stockholm företaget. Mer borde satsas på själva chaufförerna då Taxi Stockholm lyckats väl med kundens upplevelse.
Dock ska ingen glömma bort att kunden ska behandlas väl alltid.

Jag åker dagligen med TaxiStockholm och kan säga , att det är det taxi bolag i Stockholm som är bäst. Skall man åka taxi i Sverige huvudstad så åk med TaxiStockholm till 99,99% alltid i tid, rena
bilar, trevliga chaufförer, Och hittar i Stockholm.

I travel daily with TaxiStockholm and can say that it is the taxi company in Stockholm that is the best. If you want to take a taxi in the capital of Sweden, go with TaxiStockholm to 99.99% always on time, clean cars, nice drivers, And finds in Stockholm.

Disrespectful company. I asked for a taxi for me and my daughter and our two bicycles. Customer service hate speaking English, they booked me a taxi and made it clear that bicycle rack is per availability, and they have none now that has that in their taxis. I called again 30 minutes before pickup to confirm it was fine, customer service confirmed I will get a taxi with two bicycle stands. Five minutes before the actual pick-up time, someone calls and says oh sorry, we do not have a car!
I expressed how inefficient that was and was of course met with the response; oh yeah it seems like a misunderstanding. Okay, fine I replied back, and asked how we could solve this? Shocking answer was I can send you two taxis but it will be more expensive! I replied saying sorry, not reasonable at all and please cancel my booking, and please if you can pass a note to the administration to maybe equip every taxi with such stuff. The answer was: NO. I was like sorry, what? He continued, no we will not because there is no massive demand on it. I said ok, thank you and he replied back, you are welcome.
OBS. I solved it using Uber, and just a hint here guys, I work for InterNations and I do not think I will recommend your company to my expats network، they can take UBER instead.

Well, now my patience is over with Taxi Stockholm.

They Simply steal your money especially if you are like me a naive but friendly and polite tourist.

I have been in contact several times with Taxi Stockholm by email. They have promised me to refund the money they charged me twice. But still I have not received any refund neither have I received information that the refund is on it's way. I am even ready to go to the Swedish press with this horror story. Other tourist should be warned about this matter.

The story is that I was hunted by a Taxi driver by phone who insisted that I didn't pay for my trip and he drove to my place and I went out and pay in his car and then the day after I see that the card transaction from the Taxi Stockholm App did go through and then I have paid twice. The company accepted the mistake but now I haven't heard more from them - my money is lost - stolen by the company....

So I can only advice other people not to pay in the App - pay in the car or you will get in to trouble and you can wave goodbye to your money.

I prebooked a taxi to Stockholm Arlanda airport 40 min after my flight arrived but the driver never showed up on the agreed time. It took about 30 min for the customer service to get a new taxi for us. Do not us this company

Took a taxi in Stockholm to Arlanda with Taxi Stockholm yesterday, when we arrived at the airport (I was already late because of bad traffic), the card payment didn't work in the taxi, the terminal kept saying "Unauthorized" even with no card inserted.

Offered to just pay in any of the hundreds of other taxi stockholm taxis parked around the airport that have working equipment, mind you, this was a fixed price fair (675 SEK), so not using their meter.

The taxi driver refused, and wanted me to pay in cash, sorry but i rarely ever use cash, even in my home country, let alone here, I don't just have 675 SEK on me) so he wanted to drive to an ATM, which I just didn't have time for, if I wanted to catch my plane.

I said he could just send an invoice to the company instead (our HQ is a Swedish company, I work in a different country), he agreed and had me sign some documents in Swedish, I asked if I had to do anything on my end, and he said no, they would take care of sending the invoice etc.

Sounds great, but turns out what he gave was some Swedish only payment option, that I WAS supposed to, pay myself using online banking, which is impossible since the solution is Swedish only, and I just don't have the payment options in my online banking solution to even pay it.

They were supposed to be one of the most reputable taxi companies around, I just cant recommend wasting your time or money on them, in the future I will just use Uber instead.

TL:DR på dansk, ikke fungerende betalings udstyr i taxien, hvor de smider deres problem over på dig i pressede situationer, jeg vil anbefale bare at bruge Uber i fremtiden i Stockholm.
