Efficient transport - but very disappointed that the driver offloaded me at my address with no offer to wheel my suitcase the few steps to my front door and departed immediately. I had already informed them that I was in an arm cast with a fractured wrist! Seriously not impressed with service provision!

Always rely on Gatwick Cars to take me the short hop home to Horley. Usually no wait at all, but if there is a wait, it’s minutes and usually the car is right there at the kerb. Very occasionally we walk over to the car park but the drivers always offer to help with my small wheelie case. Cars are modern, clean & smart. Drivers are also very clean & smart and I have the reassurance of using a known, tracked company and paying with my card.

We use them repeatedly because they are very good at what they do. You never have to wait long, the cars are large and immaculate and the drivers all well trained. After a long journey flying home Airportcars are reassuringly consistent and competitively priced.

The car we were in had a child seat in one of the seats, one normal seat & a middle seat with no seatbelt. When I asked what I should do I was told it didn’t matter it was only a 2 min drive
