Taskers Of Accrington Arvostelua 

Ordered dining furniture in sale - did not want chairs and bench but was told was all part of the matching set so had to have all.
Got delivery on 24th June 2025 - chairs didn't match.
Phoned customer services who said they would get somebody to call us back. This didn't happen. Phoned again and again informed we would get a call back.
Friday 28th June 2025 we called down and spoke to the manager/owner.
He says we bought as seen as in sale, but as goodwill , he would change the chairs, but would be more grey than beige in fabric. We agreed to this He asked that we give him a couple of days and he would call us to arrange collection if the mismatched chairs snx delivery of the replacements.
It is now 18th July 2025 and we are still awaiting this to happen.
Very disappointed with the whole experience

Great store with excellent choices of furniture suites, etc. Able to walk round and view without pressure from sales staff but readerly available when required !!!

Our enquiry by phone was dealt with very professionaly and the details of the item we were interested in were explained precisely regarding options and delivery time.

I ordered new carpets from this company and from start to finish everything has gone very well.
Sales advisor was very professional and no pressure was put on Me which was very reassuring.
The carpet fitters respected my property and did a first class fitting job.
I am very pleased with the end result.

Went to Taskers with the intention of purchasing a new suite. All went well until we asked the Sales Advisor what it would cost to purchase the sofa and chair. We were told that unless we ‘committed ‘ to buying the suite then she would not give us a price. When we questioned her reply she said, “you do something for me and I will do something for you “ we found her attitude to be quite rude and unwarranted and to be honest, how can anyone ‘commit’ to buying something without knowing the cost? As a result we walked away and Taskers lost a purchase. They also didn’t have the decency to reply to my email. So, future buyers beware, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

We are very pleased with our latest purchase from Taskers. They provide excellent choice covering a wide range of furniture. The item was delivered on time and installed by a good team who looked smart in their black 'uniforms' sporting the Taskers' logo.

Beautiful furniture, delivery guys friendly and one even slipped his shoes off rather than walk mud on my rug. The reason for the 4 stars is no one contacted me regarding delivery. Overall a nice experience and I will definitely shop with them again.

Great service from everyone. Worked out sizes of the corner sofa, to ensure we got correct size to fit in living room. No high pressure for a sale .

Great visit, wonderful to visit a store that had virtually the whole Stessless range on display. Made choosing a whole lot easier. Thanks to Dan for all his help and advice .

Malcolm and David were brilliant to help us choose a dining table and chairs.
They discussed with us whst we wanted and showed various options. We were able to come to a decision to choose the set just what we wanted.
At no time did we feel pressurised into buying something. Full marks for their customer service skills.

Having got myself confused when ordering on line I phoned direct. Everyone was so helpful and quick to sort out what I wanted. Highly recommend . I amnow waiting for delivery of a chair I have being wanting for some time. Can't wait fo a comfortable stressless chair.
