Their driver in Waterbeach/ Cambridge decided it was appropriate to horn, flash, give me rude hand gestures, then tailgate me for waiting for an ambulance to pass, almost causing a collision at 50 mph
I bought a blue circle cement product as recommended for patching where needed.
The product consisted mostly of small stones/pebbles and very little cement mix to bind it together . This was not fit for purpose. I referred to the retailer where the purchase was made who advised me to contact the company directly if I still had the details.
I contacted via email , I was responded to , however nothing for a few weeks , so I followed this up, I was asked to provide details from the packet and a sample of the product where I managed to try and use, I did this .
The reply was - no other complaints received !
Perhaps I had not mixed the product and also not applied it thickly enough - I had previously assured the company it was mixed thoroughly bearing in mind the content was mostly stone ! It could not be applied to that depth of 30cm as there was not enough cement to bind it .
Clearly this had not been looked at , no apology given for my experience , just it was likely it was my fault !
So if you are going to purchase please be aware you are buying pebbles and need to buy an extra bag of just normal cement mix
